Tried it and you generally get people wanting the cheapest work possible so I don’t bother anymore. If you look at your local community pages the posts asking for trades recommendations are generally along the lines of looking for a cheap option.
Checkatrade brings in decent enquiries for work for me.

I've sold a lot of stuff on facebook market place but you have to deal with a massive amount of time wasters and stupid questions.

Been using FB market place recently and just seems to be full of time wasters, along with people who cant be arsed reading the add and people insulting me with pathetic offers, i would say one sale out of 40 enquireys is about the norm,
