Does anybody have any suggestions to other mini hedges to plant instead of Boxwood? I would like to keep it at about 1.5-2ft height and 1ft width. If you have photos of others that would be much appreciated.

Prunus laurocerasus 'Otto luykens' not too bad, a dwarf laurel

Osmanthus x burkwoodii or Ilex crenata

Have used both to replace Buxus sempervirens hedges riddled with blight. Both look great [emoji106]

there is a lonicera nitida outside our house and it looks exactly like a box hedge so much so that we mistook it for one..

 

grows a little faster but is easily controlled.
