Interesting - so these plant trackers communicate via a cell phone type protocol? If so then yes the phone jammers are easily available for not much money, so can see its not that hard to steal something with a tracker

Wire a loud alarm/horn into footbrake circuit, (simple plug unplug scenario when you are or not using) bound to raise alarm during the night when theyre trying to make off!

Sure did [emoji6] we did it to the parts lad at work in his LDV van many years ago. Stopped loads of traffic and got loads of abuse off people at roundabouts and junctions. He was NOT a happy bunny! ???
