Thought the same thing but when I tried to go the assessor root I was told they had enough assessors and I'd go on a list.

As its "mainly", that opens a gap I can climb through LOL..

 

I intend to do what I'm doin till I can't do it no more, then I'll cross that bridge of what to do next when I reach it...   with some luck the lottery..
