  1. Past hour
  2. Brutal.
  3. Poor Tommeh! Fundraiser incoming....
  4. Friday was a hedge day in Essé South of Rennes. We rucked up to this council horror surrounding our work site. Luckily no judgemental competitors drove past to add 2+2 and make 5 I lost count after 20 and there are still dozens more Liquid Amber street trees that are yet to receive the same treatment, breaks my heart that some councils haven't moved with the times. It wouldn't cost the council very much to let an experienced arborist just do the cutting whilst they cleared up something I already do this for one commune already equipped with a chipper. 5. Today
  6. Well, men of a certain age are advised to feel their nuts regularly...
  7. Could the holes not be rethreaded for metric? Solve the problem of international bolt sizes once and for all. We did this with that ill fated Carlton 4012
  8. Wordle 1,638 4/6 ⬜⬜🟨🟩⬜ ⬜🟩⬜🟩⬜ ⬜🟩🟨🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩
  9. Because in France, the dealer is Bandit by name and Bandit by nature.
  10. Having upgraded from a tw230 to a TP215 track machine, the difference really is night and day. The TP is a big unit, but it is a much more solid piece of kit compared to the TW280, which had been an option at the start.
  11. I didn't think oregon made a saw that is capable of running a bar longer than 18", most are shorter that that, my understanding is they are just hobby/occasional use saws and not suitable for milling. IMO even if you fitted a longer bar the thing would likely trip out the breaker under such heat/ loading required for milling. they are not made to withstand long periods of sustained loading that milling involves.
  12. Won't be Santa, he exclusively uses a MEWP these days due to his size and age
  13. Yes 240v single phase not batteries. Have used Oregon mains electric saws instead of the Husky around the yard for a number of years now and the lower vibration has really helped my arthritus. As for cutting there is nothing that I would have cut with the Husky that I have not been able to cut with the Oregon.
  14. Santa must have spotted your post -so there's none left in stock this morning -just 12 hours later! 🤫
  15. TBH I wouldn’t know, I keep a bigger Schliesing for the occasional big volume job.
  16. Ahhh, Liverpool. 2 sets of PJs, bed time ones and ones for best, going out PJs.
  17. Yup, think bark free surface area - the more the better
  18. Arrh.. battery powered chainsaws, lovely
  19. TW280 looks good, have they released one with a big stage 5 diesel yet?
  20. They were for a split second, then got recalled for a pin or something. Now looking at Jan/Feb I think. Reflex is half the price so I thought worth a shot, if the blackbird comes and looks better I'll give this to my lad to use as he's on a ZZ now
  21. Par four today. Wordle 1,638 4/6* ⬜⬜⬜⬜🟨 ⬜⬜⬜🟩🟩 ⬜🟩⬜🟩🟩 🟩🟩🟩🟩🟩

  23. Morning all, Got up in good time, came into the kitchen to find copious runny dog poo on the (tiled) floor. Not for the first or second time either now our chocolate lab is getting old, bless her. Still, I’m not up changing nappies at night! Doing a couple of quotes then pottering. Have a good weekend.
  24. Morning All. She fetching the brew just now, weather says fine today. Off to watch Lincoln City play Loughborough Uni. Caz is teamed with a yoof half her age to do a Hydrox next month and he plays for Lincoln. Enjoy whatever you are doing today - best wishes to Pompey, I'll look at results later! Warder, Buff, Hello.
  25. Can’t beat an intermecato can you Steve?
  26. I just keep going back to the pfanner nanosheild , although eye watering for a jacket that I usually get full of thorns or put a 395 dog in as I did to a brand new one this week they seem to offer the best in comfort and work best to the layers I use to keep warm or more importantly cool when working , I like the pocket layout and detachable hood too. only Swazi I ever owned I could not wear for work as even in minus conditions it was too warm!
