  2. FFS Mark I thought you were still on about what you said was Churchills grandson or that well known alky junkie Blandford 🤷‍♂️ So what do you want from Mone ?? You know how ltd companies work lad. People cried to be made safe, they provided shite eqpt like the useless masks many felt safe behind 🤷‍♂️Shit yes but a drop in the ocean to the overall cost of the farce, many you included supported. Anyway Covid thread for that stuff bud 👍
  3. Found this on my walk today. Have to say I've never seen anything like it - so someone please enlighten me ??? It's spherical, hard and about 3-4 inches across (keyring for reference). Tree is Goat Willow My only thought is that it is some sort of gall - but if there's a wasp in there, I definitely don't want to be around when it emerges !!!!!
  4. those 2 are so clever with their offshore trusts and company liquidations. Syphon it off to somewhere out of reach then dump the company. Scum
  5. Cheers mate, that backs up what Toyota told me today! Apparently I will have to remove the tipper if they do deem the chassis worth replacing, but for the value of a new chassis for free I’m ok with that. Tools down and everything cleaned, time to enjoy some of the British bests above…….merry crimbo all!🙌
  6. i wait till I get 300+ ton then hire a big slow speed shredder in and a digger with grab. We shred the lot in 24 hrs then lorry it to site and store it in a shed till we burn it. with rising costs it’s barely worth doing now tbh but I’d love the smell
  7. How very diverse! Surely just a misunderstanding? https://www.telegraph.co.uk/politics/2025/12/19/green-party-councillor-arrested-over-modern-slavery/

  9. Hello, Looking for sage opinions and advice from the honourable and most venerable citizens of this Parish, especially those who have experienced similar. We currently operate from home with a garage attached. However it would be nice to separate home from work life. I have just been offered a unit in an industrial park visible from a well trod road that leads to the local tip and sharing clean modern premises with a construction firm to who I have subcontracted to before and they to I. Our turnover has been relatively stable since 2018, more than enough to live on but not enough to employ a full time climber without taking a salary hit. (Don't try to equate UK employment costs with France) The unit is 800 euros per month all in and far larger than my current needs. A new alarm and surveillance system is included. My feeling is that having a presence in this area would raise the profile and credibility of the business and so potentially bring in far more work thus more than compensating for the cost of renting a unit. I can have our business signage displayed promenently on the building visible from the road and put an A board out front. Please, share your thoughts and experiences. Thank you Stuart
  10. Nor I and I hope a renewable liquid fuel will be available at affordable prices. I do think we should stop using fossil fuels though.
  11. The rich to be accountable in the same way that we poor people are. PPE company linked to ex-Tory peer Michelle Mone goes into liquidation | Michelle Mone | The Guardian WWW.THEGUARDIAN.COM PPE Medpro owes government £148m for supplying unusable personal protective equipment during Covid-19 pandemic etc.
  12. And 🤷‍♂️ So what do you want Mark ?? Jamie Blandford ffs he’s a total piss head alky junkie twat. What relation did you say he was to Churchill??

  14. Those hunger strikers are on remand and haven't been convicted of anything either. The "two-tier" policing situation is clear here: If you or I were summoned to court and we didn't turn up for a spurious reason, plod would be knocking on our doors. Yet The Duke of Marlborough doesn't have to play by the same rules as the rest of us. Apparently.
  15. Fruiting bodies on the stem usually mean internal decay rather than a minor surface issue. The limb loss and slight crown dieback suggest it’s been weakening for some time. If it’s near anything important, a proper arborist check would be wise.

    Filing handsaws

Thanks. Thought the title 'filing handsaws' was enough to explain I knew what it was for
  17. Super quick delivery; and thanks for the freebies….girls devoured the quality street already 😀
  18. Farcical - give Jake he’s due moved around a lot first round but after that AJ just carry’s him. There’s were multiple moments in all rounds when jakes gloves were down in easy throwing range of AJ (he wasn’t gassed at all). AJ could have finished it at any of those points, as any fit boxer would have done! It’s a shame because it’s done what Jake wanted it to do and given him bragging rights forever thought this was interesting….. 89 тыс. просмотров · 4,3 тыс. реакций | Jake Paul Giving Anthony... 19. I guess Toyota care more about what people think about them than Ford do. I’ll run the current one to death or until someone with half a brain gets in government and puts them back to a commercial vehicle taxation class. Look up Rusty Ranger on facebook and you will see how bad a certain batch were.
  20. when I did fencing as a part of my job we used a similar method, a three foot length of 3" plastic downpipe with a looped rope in it, the loop fits over the post and pulled tight from the other end, holding the post upright, while the hammer man could give it a good whack without hitting your hands, and minor corrections could be achieved to keep it upright.
  21. Out of interest mate how do you collect the waste? Got a load of conifer tops and logs that we were going to chip and dump but if you want the waste?
  22. Hoping not, the 2 that I've seen that came back from full replacements are exceptional, just took a long time 4-5 months. everything on the undercarriage was replaced bar the wheels and breaks pretty much. My understanding is its also not required for them to do this at all "legally" speaking. its off there own back, an its all free. cant really knock em for it imo 🤷‍♂️
  23. Yes, an appreciation of a decent cup of tea.
  24. English Breakfast. Proper tea, with milk. Pubs.
  25. I remember helping doing some fencing and we used a metal tool with a hook shape on one end to hold The post whilst someone else got the post started rough sketch shows the idea would these have been home made or were they a recognised tool. If so do they have a name? I could get one made up but perhaps easier to buy one if they are still made thanks david
