  2. Good Morning Weather poor as per Stubby forecast. Vehicle poorly (again) hopefully the service agents will do more than take a whole day to reset the engine management and actually investigate. A day sitting on my hands, frustrating. Have a fun start to December.
  3. Morning, we’ve still got some snow on the ground and it must be around zero. Hope your kids get well soon Markie. A potter day for me, I’ll go walk the dog and see what comes up. Enjoy!

  13. Awake far too early, head full of work stuff and cannot get back to sleep. Happy 1st of the month! Supposed to be some wet weather coming to cause misery today so be safe and come back to your families! Harris, Tiles.
  14. ^this^ I have had saws literally given to me free because people who were recommended to use aspen and similar as their infrequent usage of saws resulted in having to take the saw to be rejuvenated often at great expense each year because they did not do as Stubby suggests, they changed to electric, I end up with a decent saw that never gives me any trouble. happy days.

  17. Iv been trying to find this sensor as I belive it’s a speed sensor but I carnt find any images of it and its location on Manuel and internet
  18. Hi there yes iv checked all the switches in both infeed and reverse buttonsβœ… checked the relays βœ… checked for loose wires βœ… checked the full loom for damaged wires βœ… and crimped the relay connectors tighter βœ… i have check the stop switch on the red safety bar βœ… checked the plug under the hopper and all looks good βœ… the only thing that I can think to try now is changed the alternator or check the wires on that but it charges the battery lovely no issues I hope it’s not the h box as I feel that’s gonna be exspensive every thing works except the feed won’t stay on Just seeing if any one on here found any other way of solving there a pretty popular chipper so I carnt be the only one that’s had this problem 😒
  19. Hi there did you solve this problem mine is the same
  20. Hi did you find out the problem please can you update mine is the same
  21. As has been discussed, the box of tricks takes a feed from the alternator to know it's speed probably by sensing the alternator amperage. Probably best checking for loose connections, but if the chipper is charging the battery the stress control box would be my initial guess and or the feed switches and emergency stops. Granted, last Kubota one I repaired had a black sensor next to the flywheel on the starter side of the engine and used SP4 shown in the diagrams.
  22. Hi did you find out the problem mine is the same please update
  23. Double check the coil to flywheel gap and if you can unscrew the HT lead ( some you can), then unscrew it, check the continuity, clean it and refit it. It is also worth checking the continuity between the HT cap and earth. You should get a reading of sorts, possibly 20k ohms, but it will show the cap and lead are OK before purchasing a coil. I had a 461 once that had a corroded HT line and this check saved purchasing a new coil.
  24. Hi, I have a Timberwolf 2017 TW 230 diesel chipper the infeed roller button. There’s no longer its own when pressed if I hold my finger on it it will stay working. All the other controls are working. I’ve checked all the switches when the machine gets up to full revs. A red light comes on saying speed fault two and the hydraulic thing lights up red when I press the feed button it works but I need it to stay on on its own when feeding please can anybody help me? I’ve also checked the wire loom and plug all looks good and the relays all good
  25. Thing is, I only have one RRP and would like another SRT system, so might have bought one. Vertec plus pulley is getting pretty pricey though, I'm looking at that Freexion again. The reflex has promise but hate the guinea pig feeling.
  26. Hi did you find out what was the problem I’m having same issue
  27. People could use their attempts at toilet roll tube moon selfies that they'll find in their phone photo libraries on or around 8th September 2025.
