This thread feels underused. It could be mega useful. Aware it's harder to post things without specific questions/stimulus but anyone feel free to chime in with any little win/loss they've experienced recently out there at the coalface of customer service. As you already have a rough terrain FL ticket , try telehandlers on building sites , good pay , agencies always seem to be looking for operatives ....but Arb work is more fun / interesting ....
