No one wants to see some fat old bloke crawling round a tree for 35 minutes to prove he’s still got it. Working demos of rigging gear. No plant/machinery over £100k. No slicked back hairstyles / tracksuits with Barbour gilets / thieves.

Mobile reception for card payments. And/or a stipulation that all vendors must also accept cash.

The single biggest complaint at nearly every show is always the beer and food. If you can get some reasonably priced food in you'll be onto a winner. Entry fee...should be free IMO. Most enjoyable shows used to be Capel manor and the FR Jones show...free entry with a big focus on the social side. Demos/gear talk, interesting for some, but people wont be talking about that for weeks after and eagerly awaiting the next one like they would a good social event.
