If you look at her actions in the car - go from a few minutes before, as much as the vidoes will allow, her crime was as serious as a traffic stop offence. She pulled out, her steering wasn't at the officer in front of her, it was to complete the turn down the road, she didn't stop. Traffic offence which I am sure does not warrant being shot.

Well....sounds like we know how it came into your possession at least.

’We are seeing the videos that fit the narrative’ No, we are seeing the videos of what happened. What difference if she was a lezza leftard, gobby Karen? three bullets to the face is not the correct response.

It looked like the woman had been instructed to stop several times, she must have heard the officers as her window was down. One officer in front if the car fired when she drove towards him and once as she passed her. She had been beligerent/ obstructive for a good while beforhand,as usual we see the videos that fit the narative. Its a different world over there and this is a tradgedy for everyone involved.

I am not sure that it is very balanced to accuse law enforcement officers of ‘attacking a car’ when they attempt to apprehend the driver. And to be clear my words were that the ICE officer was out of order. I did not defend his/her actions. I pointed out the rather obvious fact that trying to ignore armed officers directions is foolish in the extreme and was part of what escalated the situation

Says a man whom supported a party that condoned mutilating children and supported the theory that a double rapist could be a woman just because he said so “ pure deluded sick fantasy” Old Sturgeon and the rotten to the core weak leftard ideology of the SNP you vote for time after time. Luckily for you I’m pretty sure you don’t live in the USA or have any connections with it. Look at the past 18 years of decline if you want to see what ****************ed is closer to home and a bit more relevant.

I would have asked them not to make the roads sooo strait . Then we could have a few corner shops .

This is my Smith & Wesson " trippel lock" revolver in 45Acp. It was bought in 1915 by the British Government to replace losses on the western front. Only 5000 were purchased and not many remain. It was originally chambered in 455 Webley but someone has shaved the cylinder so it takes 45acp in moon clips. This revolver bears no commercial British proof marks so probably was dropped to the Norwegian resistance during the war,SOE dropped alot of non standard stuff early on.However you never really know,it could have been captured from the British Expeditionsry force over here or someone could have swapped it for a blowjob... Its a hello of a nice gun and its fun to think how it ended up here.

I’m a bit confused with the old Class 1/2/3 to new C / C+E switch and all the “grandfather rights” stuff. For anyone who had an older licence (pre-1997) did your trailer/weight entitlements carry over correctly, or did DVLA downgrade anything without you noticing? And if they did were you able to challenge it and get it fixed? As DVLA keeps modernising rules (like the recent diabetes/CGM update for Group 2), I’m curious how reliable the system is for “old rights” today.

Ash Avenue Allotments is part of the Hereford Allotments and Leisure Gardeners Society. The gate to the site is on Willow Grove, and requires a combination padlock code. behind the gate there is a tarp to roll out to tip onto. The site can take 3-4 loads a year, probably more. The plots are used for food production so no pesticides or herbicides, no creosote or poisonous bark. The plot holders will arrange individually whether to share produce or pay a contribution to fuel /beer money.

Yeah, that’s the idea really - plenty of contingency fund and eyes wide open. The thing is with older fords/trucks is it’s all there to see, no part on part on part everything is accessible and simple. Similar with the FJ, these trucks are old so of course unless they’ve been factory restored are going to have issues who buys a 40yr old truck and thinks it’s going to be a modern Volvo. Plan is either to keep it forever and touch myself when I look at it or enjoy it for however long and sell on as I’ll only put a few hundred miles on it a year.

Same with Franklin's expedition to discover the Northwest passage. They were icebound for a couple of years eating lead poisoned rations, made them loopy enough it was decided to walk out and they loaded a small boat to drag "essential" items with them such as furniture from the captain's dining room.

Wood can be put at bottom of drive but not blocking the lane as we have one neighbour who will not be able to get in and out.

What Could Us Ever Have Done For The Romans!
openspaceman replied to Billhook's topic in General chat
I knew they used lead acetate in wine but assumed it was to sweeten. The early tinned foods were soldered with lead and it caused a lot of poisoning of sailors and Scott's missiom to south pole IIRC -
