  1. This was from HSE in 2001. https://www.google.com/url?sa=t&source=web&rct=j&url=https://www.hse.gov.uk/research/crr_pdf/2001/crr01402.pdf&ved=2ahUKEwiNur6c_5fxAhWQmxQKHX5eDEAQFnoECC0QAQ&usg=AOvVaw2LfCn5O_5HsSBYbymsqodW
  2. I would have had lads being assessed etc from around 2001. I would have kept any paperwork they were given. I'll have a hunt and see what I can find.
  3. I'm not a fan of doing more and more work to increase income. You are much better off finding ways to charge more for the amount of work you currently do. There is a trend among small business owners to judge success on the amount of staff you have. Usually, nothing could be further from the truth. I'd rather sit on my own at the computer for a couple of hours a day than spend 12 to 14 hours a day chasing jobs and staff.
  4. Bit of filler and that will come up like new.
  5. It does look a lot like a bunch of travellers have bought a house and moved in.
  6. As above, automate what you can, and pay someone to do the stuff that will free up your time. You don't necessarily need to find someone to do the donkey work, you can find people to do more of the admin based stuff too. If you are in a rural area a lot of your promotional marketing could be done by someone else, leaving you to simply arrange to do the work.
  7. Haha. 12 A *s and her Dad can't even capitalise her name. She's done well; what's she doing next? What A-levels is she going to do?
  8. My comment wasn't aimed at you, but the semi-literate beings who spend their time making these 'funnies'.
  9. Don't over complicate it. Get yourself a couple of Prussic loops and work out how to get yourself up to the top anchor, and then around the tree. Once you can do it with a length of rope and a couple of loops you can start to use shiny kit to make it easier.
  10. What he should pay is largely academic. If you charge him for a day when nothing got done, I don't think he'll be a customer for long.
  11. You'd think whoever makes these things, would at least check their English before unleashing their 'jokes' onto the internet.
  12. I wouldn't say extended to all (there are some right knob-heads on here😁). I'm happy to answer any strategic marketing questions though.
  13. The name for what you need to do is 'strategic marketing planning'. Do a bit of research on the subject and see if it's useful. If you have any specific questions you know where I am.
  14. Nope. Your grammar lesson has been a cock up.
  15. To be fair, it's getting towards the point at which it's going to be hard to tell the difference.
  16. Apologies for the tangent, but I'm dying to know why you end some of your posts with the word 'musch'. What the hell is a musch?
  17. I don't understand why you think it's an accident waiting to happen, but I can't see a problem with removal if that's what you want.
  18. Completely agree. Milling with a chainsaw isn't really something to do In a domestic garden on a regular basis.
  19. It's been bloody windy recently. Unseasonably so.
