    👍haven’t used poplar yet. Going to be milling some slabs some time over winter.

    Not a dendrologist, but having lost a few large poplars in storms I wanted to find out what they were. Those leaves look like hybrid black poplar leaves to me. That's my take on it.

    Pretty much. Just put it on the trailer and take it to where it’s needed. otherwise you can just make a pile like normal to be fair. 👍

    Yep. Leaves started falling in July here, the trees didn't like the drought conditions. 👍

    I put up a video. That was 4 minutes in real time and I sped it up so it was a bit more exciting. I’ve got through 4 fairly large piles of 2-4 inch rhodo today, each pile took about 5 or 6 minutes to chip.

    Been chipping up tons of stuff the last few days with this little beast. Well impressed with its performance. Made some of the best hardwood chip I’ve seen. I talked myself out of getting one for about a year. But it’s working great.
