  10. Normally if a pole is in some ones garden they would get a rental fee off the owner electric/phone company ect so i would make a phone call to BT with the pole number which will be on the pole some where and just enquire about it first.

  20. You say she was arrested then anyone who is in that position should always take the option of having the duty solicitor,They will know the inns and outs of the law and in this case i think it would have helped to have legal advise and its free.
