  4. Might just be me. On the old app I saw a tad for Arb Trader. I never went on but now I'm looking for it I can't find it??
  5. I forgot to take pics yesterday but will try on Monday. Here is a newspaper article from when we uncovered them. I spent 3 months in them digging out 4ft of soil and rubbish that had built up over the years. But as usual the boss takes all the credit and makes no mention of the minions [emoji23] https://www.google.co.uk/amp/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk/news/liverpool-news/altcar-rifle-range-reveals-cold-3341965.amp
  6. This approach worked for me... Now I'm the main climber on our team... But as stressed above.. If u still don't feel 100% be transparent and honest. Never compromise safety its just not worth it.
  7. We have 4 of these where I work. 3 are identical to the ones photographed above the only difference is they have an outside anti air gun placement for the .303 vickers machine gun. They are in a triangle formation with a much larger HQ building in the center they was used to protect the coastline from advancing enemy aircraft. And then adapted to be fitted as a secret radar station towards the end of ww2 when radar was first developed (not eating to carrots to make u see at night). We also have numerous metal tracks dotted around that was used by the anti Air gun battery that was based here during ww2. If I get chance tomorrow I'll snap some pics.
  8. [emoji23] [emoji23] I don't think my 6-3 and 4 month Old kids would approve
  9. On a job to clear a route for some fibre optic cable to be installed. I am following the original phone cables. Hmm [emoji848]
  10. A naughty elf is supposed to be sent to children by santa so the children can teach him how to be good. But when the kids are not watching they get up to mischief. Ours so far has poured corn flour all over the kitchen. Rolled toilet paper out all over the living room tried to escape out of the letter box and ate a shed load of sweets. As well as follow me into work and up a sycamore
  11. [emoji23] [emoji23] excellent!!
  12. Mainly for members with young kids. Our naughty elf followed me to work today and hung out in the tree with me. As anyone else playing this game with thier children?
  13. Thanks [emoji23] it just didn't seem right have to dismantle it.
  14. This could be one of those questions that makes you sigh with frustration that I could be so stupid. I have just bought a new stein flipline but I cannot attach the ropegrab that come as part of the kit. The only way I can assume it would go together would be to dismantle the micrograb to get the steel eyelet through. Am I missing something or is this standard practice..

    Stein vega

Stein vega thoughts/Opinions does anyone use one? I have just bought one on offer. Had a little sit in on a rope suspended from a beam in the shop felt comfortable enough. I will be trying it out properly on Monday.
  16. Yeah I'd agree with you on that one. Here's a stock image of a young one for comparison..

  21. The colour is stunning. Does it keep that pinky colour once dry?
  22. Iv done a similar thing. We was taking down some large white poplar that had grown over the roof of a building great access for a MEWP. We was doubled up in the basket one cutting the other throwing the cut stuff clear of the building. Million to one shot! One of the branches hit the emergency stop button whilst we was at full extension. We couldn't override it from the basket had to be done from the ground.... Mobile phone out and ring for help [emoji23] [emoji23] luckily was only a 20 min wait and alot of p*ss taking!
  23. Looks like London plane possibly? (I could be wrong)
  24. I was going to ask too. The grain in brilliant!
