  1. They just brought out the 462 in Germany, mtronic. The 661 is a beauty of a saw,so is the 461. My 880 is nearly just a milling saw now for me.
  2. Finest local Breton produce [emoji12]
  3. Agg221 I agree. Though I spent a lot of time and money repairing 051,075's for milling. Great saws, when they work fully. I'd never want to use one again though. But they are good for the money.
  4. Parts availability for the 076 070 and 090 is not excellent unless you live in manilla phillipines. The 076 and 090 has been discontinued, the 051 070 720 are only available in Peru, Bolivia Philippines etc. An 880 will outcut all the saws above except for an 090 with an 84" bar in 84" wood. 880 12.5 krpm vs 8-10krpm. Otherwise good info. [emoji106]
  5. Where were you when everyone was at school? [emoji23][emoji23][emoji23]
  6. One of the problems with celotex/kingspan expanded foam insulation is its full of air bubbles. Once it's burning and hot, you almost can't put it out. 2 houses firebombed in Lewes, last year. Fire brigade couldn't extinguish with water. Fuel and air in a slab. [emoji107]
  7. The difference between the two is 0.1mm.
  8. You can buy a brand new 880 for about £1000 36" Mills are £100. 36" bar and chain £120 £950 for a machine 10+ years old. Hmmmm...
  9. Cote de bourg and cote de blaye are excellent wines. Normally a few euros a bottle. Grows on the same land, water etc as st emillion St estephe etc.
  10. Myanmar, looks like it's getting nasty.
  11. Walk down any street. Start telling random strangers " you're stupid, you'll be a criminal. I'm cleverer than you..." Just try it. I have honestly no idea what will happen. But please video it for the rest of us. [emoji106]
  12. Mr Johnson you seemed to have read a lot in to my post? Bit projective?
  13. Personally I would like to see you go into the streets and tell "they" what you think. Might be a lively "debate". [emoji106]
  14. My apologies for feeding the trolls. [emoji23]
  15. How about we start exporting racists? To the Antarctic.
  16. Do you get a spark? Do you get fuel ? Any compression?
  17. Rough Hewn is my trading name registered with hmrc. Pm me if you're wanting to know my real name and what I'll be wearing later... [emoji6]

I run a 20",25" and 36" bar on my 661. For cross cutting large logs there's nothing like an 8 pin 3/8 and a 20" bar Full chisel. [emoji106]

The 441/461 isn't really a milling saw unless you only intend to mill 12" softwood. 661 is so much more powerful when milling. Both saws will work on a mill but the wear on components will be harsh on bigger wood. What do you intend milling? Hardwood/softwood, what diameter do you want to go up to? If it's just the odd tree once a year maybe a 461, but if you intend to mill a lot get a saw which will cope. Mtronic milling is fine, just remember to clean the air filter regularly.
