  1. I guess we'll see. A protest Green or Lib Dums vote will not help Labour all that much, plenty folk wont vote for Kneel and protest vote as well. We need big boy pants on when we're voting for who runs the country. Who in the right mind will vote for a BLM Poodle? BLM who are now under investigation for fraud.
  2. I think the whole Tory Party would need to be confirmed Nazi Pedo's for Labour to win an election these days.
  3. So some other sleazebag takes his place and he's not held accountable? Whats the point?
  4. They certainly look out for us Eggs. Look out to see if we've swallowed their BS
  5. I could not really give two shits if they held all these parties if nothing else it shows what many here have always claimed and that this 'pandemic' is nothing other than a power grab. It seems more Tin Foil Hatters have gotten it right than many of the so called experts. If you weigh what SAGE has predicted and a Tin Foil Hatter up Id say the Tin Foil Hatter has been right on more occasions. It could be said that the PM and the British Government are just towing the Global Elites line and parroting what they've been told but knew all along that this Pandemic is nothing other than a plandemic. Their actions throughout, both this side of the pond and the other would certainly indicate so. Is anyone here genuinely under the impression that the Tories who are submitting letters of no confidence where in the dark regarding all these parties? IMO thy are as culpable and this is nothing other than a coup and the faux outrage is all an act. Yet again they are manipulating us and we're falling for it hook line and sinker. Same as its ever been.
  6. Nice. How far did you have to go to collect /swap that.? We’re on opposite coasts of Scotland. So 4 hours each way. The wife and wee ones came and we made a wee break of it. Stayed a night in a Premier Inn (classy) on the way over and went out to eat. Today we went to the beach, it’s much warmer on the West Coast so I hear. 🤣 Back roads all the way home meant it was more like 5 hours back. Stunning views til it got dark.
  7. Well Mark and I came to a deal. A part of that deal included this old Wood-mizer LT40 Super Hydraulic. Just arrived home with it this evening after a nerve wracking trip wondering if anything would fall off. [emoji3] Unfortunately its been very neglected by the owner previous to Mark and it needs a huge amount of love and cash if its to ever be put to work again. The realistic options for me are to rob it for bits, ie the Log Turner, Log Lift and maybe the hydraulic Tow Boards and incorporate them into my Logosol B751, but I dont think the frame on the Logosol is remotely up to that. Another option is to remove the Wood-Mizer Cantilever Saw Head and Bunks and mount the Logosol fully on the LT40 Chassis then take advantage of the Hydraulics. Id have to mount something like a GX390 to power the hydraulics. I dont know if everything would line up but I think its worth looking into. I think the cutting length of the LT40 is 6m So I could potentially get the full 6m Ive currently got on the Logosol on the LT40 Chassis with a bit of modification. The last option is to just flog it on as is. But I really like the idea of a fully hudraulic B751. [emoji3]
  8. I’ve also got the 22t Rock Road Tow that can be used in both positions. Yet to have a log it won’t split.
  9. You get very warm Splitting as well to be fair. You're constantly moving and you still have to bring the logs to the splitter. The Hookeroon takes the bending to pick the logs up outta the equation, hook and swing up the Splitter. After two lower back surgeries Ive very conscious about posture and there's no bending over the splitter. I appreciate some like split by hand but its really not for me. After an hour of manual splitting the paltry amount of split logs in the pile in comparison to a Petrol Splitter with a 4 or 6 way head sucks any joy out of it for me.
  10. I have the X27 as well. It’s rusting away in the Garage somewhere. Was put into immediate retirement when I bought the Petrol Splitter. A Hookeroon and a Splitter and you’re almost effortlessly splitting 10 dumpy bags a day.
  11. Not good. Windy again today I see. 😬 Check your insurance is up to date.
  12. Join the club! Was quite wild around 10pm last night. Heard something go crash so ventured out to investigate. Five trees down in total. Mostly cleared up now with minimal damage. Power and phone line back up so that’s something.
  13. Sure is Dave. Not a knot in that Oak.
  14. Gotta thank Dave for this Oak Order. Too good for what he wanted it for though.
  15. Busy few days knocking out Oak orders and milling Larch for my own uses. Since my Log Deck is in the process of getting moved Ive had to improvise. Also been laying claim to some Oak when out and about. [emoji3]
  16. Really? Im no expert (by a long long shot) but found Lime to be far more paler, at least up here. I agree on the bark though. Pics on the laptop are much easier to scrutinize than the phone.
  17. Fair enough. I don’t know. We’re just surmising get here. Whatever the motive they thought it was worth the effort. They might not even flog them on. Perhaps they’re looking at what buying in dumpy bags of green logs cost and cutting out the middle man? Two folk would easy shift 6t of logs in an afternoon. Even an old fart like yourself would manage it on your Tod.
  18. Round here it’s £90 a dumpy bag for hardwood, often green. Mental I know. A bag is what? 300kg? So 1t oak or beech log is 3 bags of £90 of logs. Im guessing Dave paid around £100 a ton so £600 worth could be 6t. 6t x 3 = £1800 in dumpy bag sales of green logs. No bad money for an afternoons thieving.
  19. What a bugger! They’re lucky you where not there. I’d no fancy a slap off those size 11 hands![emoji16]
  20. Surely the guy with the Stump Grinder dictates the rates?
