Its not just the UK government thats not got a clue. Im in Quarantine in a hotel in Stavanger. The hotel still has regular guests. Im allowed to go to the bar and order a beer. I grab a coffee in the reception area along with all the other paying customers. Its mad.

Your daughters the same age as my second oldest daughter then. My oldest is 19. We thought we'd start again for some strange reason. Best decision of our lives I think. I have either forgot the joy of spending endless days with little ones or I simply worked to hard when I was younger the first time and was hardly in the country to appreciate them.

Hope so too. Im sure she will. Nothing like muddy puddles, wiggly worms and playing with the ducks and chickens to take her mind off of it though. Oh, and fresh veg. [emoji3]

Was for my 2 year old. Shes getting horrendous eczema on all her joints. Its heartbreaking really. Scratching day and night till she's bleeding. Its really painful when applying the cream so she fights it all the time. Gone are the days I'll be needing any special cream. Hemorrhoid cream maybe one day?

I don’t drink down the local much these days. Always an option if I’m needing my fix though. I swear my town Center is getting worse. Seen two methhead fights outside and within the local Chemist getting a prescription for me daughter the week before. Had to go to the chemist three days on the trot for some cream and was blown away by the utter scum that have now made the chemist their second home.

if you have a level workshop floor then you're laughing. I zero'd my saw horses in with a Spirit level to ensure it was all 100% square. so you're free to flip the board over once planed to get the board completely square.

What Les says makes sense. I milled a few Oaks and ended up with a lot of nice Slabs that would have otherwise have ended up as firewood. Been selling the Slabs for £120-£150 each (green) and they are not huge. 24" wide, 2.7m long and 2-3" thick.

What you're trying to say is even a broken clock is right twice a day. Im certainly no Conspiracy Nut and the post earlier about Jesuits really made me cringe. But some of what has been labeled as Conspiracy Nut Theories in the past have in recent years with the likes of Wiki-Leaks have been proven to be more truth than fiction. The issue lies in grouping wild Flat Earther, Moon Landing conspiracies from lunatics in with legitimate ones which you could say intentionally muddies the waters. Id sooner listen to someone who questions everything than questions nothing and swallows everything they are told though.

Yeh, there is no way you could do this to yourself. Ive seen US Army guys getting their heads held whilst getting 5-6" if the swab rammed back there. The guy after me has his nose gush with blood during and after.

This morning I had to take the Nose Test. That was horrific, really really not looking forward to taking that again on Monday.

I think its partially because Sycamore grows like weeds. Its everywhere and quite invasive. But if we where to sell it as Maple it loses that negative connotation.

I have to go to Medco in the morning to get the test then one 5-7 days later. But as of last Friday at Midnight anyone entering Norway from a 'Red' Country has to go into quarantine Norwegian or otherwise.

Im not actually sure? I should have thought about that. All came outta the blue to be honest. Knew Id be traveling over this week, and bam! Friday afternoon we get an email stating that from midnight 10 quarantine will be re-introduced. I'll look into that for next trip as clearly this is not going away. The irony is Im in a hotel with regular folk and there is parties booked and I can even go to the bar and order a beer. Seems utterly pointless.

Ive never stated it was a hoax. Generally the ones ones that have 'life changing' illnesses are already unwell, unfit and generally unhealthy. Its also worth keeping in mind that correlation does not imply causation. Some say that they have 3rd hand experiance of folk getting C-19 and then discovering its caused X and Y. Since catching C-19 I believe there is a high chance many of these folks already had whatever then claim C-19 caused but it was un-diagnosed until then and potentially C-19's exasperated it or kick-started what was already lingering. . As I mentioned earlier, in England you could have a confirmed case of C-19 die 5 months later from being ran over by a bus and your death would be counted as caused by C-19. Id be interested to see if catching the common Flu induces additional ailments. All this reminds me of the line in the Holy Grail. 'She turned me into a Newt' Its all a load of Pony.
