  5. Early autumn mornings,not cold just kinda crisp.The kind of day you pray for in the summer wearing your cutting trousers.Reaching the crown and taking in the view-bliss. Nice bums r a given!

We used to use hand and arm vibration modules on all our equiptment,works kinda like traffic lights,green for good amber for nearing your max daily allowance and red for maximum daily vibrations reached-stop cutting.The amount of modules we lost when climbing was costing a fortune and as such our employers got us to fill in paperwork on HAV's instead.We rarely do.   7. Depends on your feet,ive got wierd shaped feet so i only get haix.Meindls r to narrow for me or id plum for those cause they just look great
  8. Gave up 2 years back,i wont lie its bloody hard,any kind of nicotine replacement will make the difference between quitting or relapsing.Good luck guys u can do it if u really want to.

Its whatever you enjoy i suppose.Ive seen some workout plans for german volume training.tbh it scared the beejesus out of me just looked to brutal haha.Im not really into heavy training my joints take enough pounding climbing.Cant beat the feeling of leaving nothing but sweat on the gym floor no matter what training regime you follow
  13. I suppose it comes down to what you enjoy doing,personally im just not cut out to be a climber who piroettes around a tree makin it look easy.Im a physical climber,i sweat and love removals -25% reductions? Let the other guy do that
  14. Im doin some cicuit training just now,it gets the heart pounding and gets every muscle screaming
  15. Earning Money will always be the driving force and yeah weve all butchered trees at a clients request,doesnt make you a bad climber just the need to get paid superseeds everything else
  16. I agree but if you were to generalise your performance how do you see yourself ? Do you prefer the finess jobs or the cut and chucks?
  17. Weight training does it for me,nothing heavy or extreme though,it just helps me relax wierdly! Oh and dickin about with chainsaws

Totally agree mark,In LA work the priority is always safety before productivity but the private sector is definetly productivity driven.Watching these guys go at it you can see them just knockin out tree after tree to earn as much as possible.It makes for a different class of climber when your earning per tree

  20. I reccy climb sometimes and just for the fun of it.Who gives a toss wot anyone thinks-if you enjoy it do it.
