  1. I admire your passion but,no offence intended, just too long winded for me too read through.
  2. The wife was at the doctors couple of weeks back with tennis elbow, its basically tendonitis, she was advised to rest her arm as much as possible and take anti inflamitories. Its still giving her problems...
  3. Guarenteed champions league football next season after there result today. Id love to see them win the premiership with players bought for a fraction of the price the big clubs payed. As mick said above some players will be cherry picked by other clubs kante, mahrez, drinkwater, huth to name a few but its great for the foxes fans...and gary linekar of course
  4. Pushing your toes down or raising your heels of the ground will engage your calf muscles.Calfes are made up of slow twitch muscle fibres which means they are designed for endurance work not lifting heavy loads. Look at how your lifting the load and adjust your feet to put the weight on your quads, glutes and hamstrings ie flat feet, knees slightly bent with a neutral spine. Your calfes will get stronger with time its just painful at first as they are not used to the type of work you are doing. In the mean time try taking on some protein at meal times to help repair the damaged muscle tissue.
  5. The 150's a pruning saw so why port it ? I get its a light saw and great in tree but why not just use a 540/200t/201t.Seems daft to me to horse a little saw through bigger wood than its meant to cut
  6.

<p>Hi is the climbing position full time or as the work comes in like a subbie basis.</p>

    <p>Cheers</p>

  7. We call it elvis leg and yip i used to get it too.It went away with experience and confidence.I still sometimes get it up biiiiiig sticks when choggin down the stem. As long as you can function in the tree you'll be fine,im sure it will go away as you become more confident.
  8. Ive had some awkward brash drags but that looked bloody awful.Nice little vid.
  9. Really tough audience when it comes to smart arses.
  10. Thanks for clearing that up,im sure everyone is very impressed
  11. If it was me id recommend removing alder and plant something else that wont trigger allergins
  12. The cheap red pfanners for climbing in the winter, warmer months bare hands.Groundy work the orange grips, sometimes no gloves if its really hot weather though
  13. I lift weights couple of times a week, not heavy weight like body builders do just enough to keep me challenged. I also like indoor rock climbing and do core work regularly.I really should stretch more but i currently dont do much....dont know why.
  14. Had a 540 xp for some time now and cant fault it. I use 201t"s at work...theyre ok but i find prone to breaking easily or maybe im just heavy handed...
  15. Cheap isnt always best mick as im sure you know. Surley a compromise between price and a reputable company that will do the job properly adhering to h&s guidelines would be preferable.
  16. Working for my local authority ive seen a lot of contracts being given to companies that give a competative quote. Id like too say the risk assessment and h&s compliance are a factor in deciding who wins the contract...but id be lying. In my experience a lot of contracts are won purley on the financial aspect im afraid
  17. 3.2kgs...thats about the same weight as my zubat and sawpod..! If be very interested to hear your opinions on the echo as an everyday saw
  18. What little echo is that?.looks like a great little pruning saw
