  1. Modern incinerators burn very clean. And produce energy as a by product.
  2. Only if you abuse your body. Bodies same as machines, there is use and abuse.
  3. I was kicked off of Facebook for supporting Trump.
  4. The European Commission The European Commission has announced an agreement whereby English will be the official language of the EU, rather than German, which was the other contender. Her Majesty's Government conceded that English spelling had room for improvement and has therefore accepted a five-year phasing in of "Euro-English". In the first year, "s" will replace the soft "c". Sertainly, this will make sivil servants jump for joy. The hard "c" will be dropped in favour of the "k", Which should klear up some konfusion and allow one key less on keyboards. There will be growing publik enthusiasm in the sekond year, when the troublesome "ph" will be replaced with "f", making words like "fotograf" 20% shorter. In the third year, publik akseptanse of the new spelling kan be expekted to reach the stage where more komplikated changes are possible. Governments will enkourage the removal of double letters which have always ben a deterent to akurate speling. Also, al wil agre that the horible mes of the silent "e" is disgrasful. By the fourth yer, peopl wil be reseptiv to steps such as replasing "th" with "z" and "w" with "v". During ze fifz yer, ze unesesary "o" kan be dropd from vords kontaining "ou" and similar changes vud of kors be aplid to ozer kombinations of leters. After zis fifz yer, ve vil hav a reli sensibl riten styl. Zer vil be no mor trubls or difikultis and everivun vil find it ezi to understand ech ozer. ZE DREM VIL FINALI COM TRU! Herr Schmidt
  5. True, but who's watching? The proper version let's you flip completely upside down, hanging by your ankles. It does take some getting used to. You can set the thing to whatever angle you want, they say 60 degrees is as good as upside down

  7. Try and inversion table. Hanging upside down let's the disks expand and rehydrate, only needs five to ten minutes a day. A lot of people sware by it, myself included. You could try semi-inverting in your harness, lying on a plank propped up against a tree at 45 degrees. I had back pain, felt like I needed to be pulled on the rack, and built a very shonky version of an inversion table - only inverted to 30 degree it so, but it actually worked. Wifey tried it and liked to too, so we bought a real one. My back is fine now so I don't use it much, she uses it every day and it keeps her back sorted. I'll post a video of my honemade version. You can also wank while inverted. Can't really drink though.
  8. Big thing in Ireland, if you sell a car, the buyer normally suggests you both visit the pump immediately and "Drink the luck"
  9. Agreed. Funny for a while but it's kind of ichthyic.
  10. Kulak - Wikipedia EN.M.WIKIPEDIA.ORG
  11. That's a good way to look at it. I tore a rip in the outer shell of mine, caught the fabric with the tooth of a cold saw just clambering around. Has anyone tried the iron on patches?
  12. I had to buy Glads for my course. Only type C trousers in the shop that fit me, €320....man that hurt. All my adult life I've bought my cloths at the charity shop or Lidl. But I don't regret to money spent now. The looks I get from the wimmin when my back is turned. Worth every cent.
  13. Anyone here ever build a 090 clone from the kit? Or know of anyone who did?
  14. Long sleeve rash-guards for everything. Bought four "Sondy" brand on sale for 15 euro each, four odd years ago, still perfect. Mesh vented down the flanks, very stetchy, impossible to tear, snug neck to keep out chips, long, so you can pull them down over your pants to keep chips out there, wicking etc. I think they're 80-90 % Lycra.
  15. Ah! Now I see it!! Cool. (You have to diverge your eyes - kind of look "through" the screen)
  16. Same. And I'd use a cheap pole-saw to trigger the felling cut, just in case something random happens. And stick a pull rope up in the small tree first of all, in case it sticks with the weight and entanglement of the bigger tree bearing down on it, and needs to be winched.
  17. I can think of a few countries...but it would be very un - PC to "go there!" ??
  18. If Isis had been a/the world superpower back then, as Britan was...do you think the colonies would have preferred to have been colonized by Isis? (Not trying start a row - promise!)
  19. Maybe the Iranian people will get out from under before that happens. Hopefully. For no particular reason, a statistic about Iran: highest opiate use per capita in the world, at 3.3 percent. My guess: it's a pretty depressing place to live. Stunning architecture though, in fairness. https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_prevalence_of_opiates_use
  20. People think Trump is a clueless idiot, yet he talked down Kim Jong, after N.Kora fired missiles over Japan. Looks like diplomacy to me. Got the US economy motoring again, 3% growth and that in his first year, when Obama said it couldn't be done. As the feller said, if he personally discovered the cure for cancer, people would still hate him. Three years as POTUS an didn't start a war, or allow the US to be provoked into one. Idiot, yeah, for sure.
  21. News to me, I'm interested, got any good links?
  22. He asked "How many?" Not if. He deemed the estimated figure of 150 disproportionate to the loss of a $110 million drone. I wonder if Khomeini was sitting in the White House, if he would have shown restraint. Or Clinton? My spies tell me the sanctions are really biting, and the working class Iranians are getting uppity. Iran wants to provoke a war - not a big one - just enough of a scuffle to get their populous to focus on the "Great Satan" again.
  23. Depends on antivibe or no antivibe. My mcullough blower has no antivibe, zilch - it's very buzzy, horrible to use, but was cheap. Should have spent another unred and got something with good handle antivibe.
