    Hi Guys I was a tree surgeon but I stopped doing it for year now because of my back. I was getting to the point were it was unbearable. I did a lot of yoga and seeing the experts but well there wasn't a lot of help out there! I am wanting to know what some of you guys do to help recue the pain in your lower back (well all over the back)? With a lot of hard work the pain is going but I might go back into tree surgery and wasn't wanting it to get any worse.
