  1. Get a boat on the Broads and fish for pike, if the weather turns just head for the nearest pub....... Very civilised.
  2. They seem to be very expensive now..... I am sure Steve will put a name to the yellow wood, I hope so as I have some in the workshop and the label has gone!!!!!
  3. Nice apple, its difficult to get a realistic shape, try an old twig at an angle as a stalk, and a clove in the other end they look very "real"
  4. Oh and why the cooking oil on the shelf.........
  5. Yes it seems I have cyclone envy Are they still on Fleabay?
  6. Was using mine tonight to size some shelves for a commission. I had to empty my chip extractor 5 times reduction 9 planks from 30mm rough sawn to 25mm finished. Think I am gonna need bigger receptacle.......... Perhaps one of those cyclone jobs on a wheelie bin.
  7. Nice transition from the flared sides to the internal shape. And camouflaged on the worktop. Looks good to me.
  8. The out feed table just unclips to use the thicknesser, a small fiddle factor but they are bullet proof and accurate for their price, rubber rollers are a bonus and don't mark the wood.
  9. Its a belt on the Scheppach to, however after ten years good usage mine is still on the original belt.
  10. I have the Scheppach, excellent quality and accurate, can be picked up for a steal on the Fleabay.....

  14. Hope you get extra leg room, you don't want some 20 stoner stepping over or on you.
  15. Sounds good to me, anyone recommend a reasonable courier type service?
  16. No, I had seen it mentioned several times in various posts and was just being nosey, there are some many acronyms in the world. LOL, TTFN
  17. Yes if you can post to Norfolk, happy to pay postage?
  18. Is the winch beneficial on a small 24" mill, or should I just have another Weetabix? S.
  19. Watered it down by about 30% as the timber was starting to dry, sucked it up like a goodun, got them all coated as this morning you could see a sheen on the ends so the PVA hopefully did the job, I shall certainly be using it more in the future on bigger blanks.
  20. That was my thinking, just struggling for workshop time at the mo Steve and don't want to lose any more timber than I have to. Cheers
