  1. Reminds me of our younger days (early 80s) pre skunk we used to smoke solid gear, which you broke into little bits to put in the joint. Then we'd all go to the garage in a mark 2 cortina and eat ourselves stupid, dropping food and wrappers every where. So the owner of the cortina used to tell us he spent all week getting high on the bits of leb we dropped on the floor. Turns out he had a mouse in the car.
  2. Holding the revving power head against your "groin area" can provide a little bit of recreation on an otherwise boring day.
  3. Had to watch it on youtube for some reason, the link was frozen. Good find, Bill Smith is going places!
  4. Insect eggs of some sort, someone will be along in a minute to nail it, what tree is it?
  5. I'm no firewood guy but I burn a lot of my arisings at home. Birch is very good but once split must be stored in the dry and burnt within a year or two. I have found in a mixed pile left outside with oak for instance, the birch will have turned to mush by the time the oak has seasoned.
  6. Like it, a few more pictures would be nice. Plus it's consistent, not consistant. And business not buisness.
  7. Thank you Nepia, we have gooseberries, so I'll keep my eye out. Good spot!
  8. And another to challenge the lepidopterists, I managed to liberate this moth from my front door, but got a snap beforehand. (Don't forget this is France but similar climate to the U.K.)
  9. Wow, this is one of those learning threads!
  10. Excellent photos of top drawer work Nailer.
  11. Go to a chemist, they are better at this stuff than most doctors anyway.
  12. [ame] [/ame] Feeding cats in a cat mask....
  13. Dunno about islamaphobic or racist, really, really boring though.
  14. Nice job on the hedge, did 100 mètres of leylandii myself today, not as good a finish as that though.
  15. Good site, simple, not too much flannel. However, on the homepage the three options of which one is "what is stump grinding?" (Should have a question mark afterwards btw) Don't go anywhere.
  16. He should be able to smell if it's a softwood or not.
  17. I've put a few things on, I'll have a look tonight. Fwiw 300 to 350 seems about right.
  18. Put it on arbtrader and find out.
  19. I just use a climbing line/blakes hitch loosely around the stem as a back up. When I use one.
  20. I know! Thing is they had previously sent me another barrel to try and sort another issue. It was exactly the same as the original, didn't sort the issue but I assumed as it had been replaced it couldn't be the problem. The new barrel is a different make, altogether different key etc. Anyway all's well for the moment.
  21. If there's no oil in the diff it could be a Land Rover.
