  1. Sorry Richie, you're just an old fart. That was the era you grew up in so the music of the time holds special significance.
  2. You should Watch TOTP from 1983 on BBC4, lots of great stuff, lots and lots of utter tripe as well. ps. Kim Wilde? not really very good was she?
  3. Yep, same company. My advice, do not touch, just my advice though.
  4. That was me (le sanglier) the criquet was a nightmare to build, bits didn't fit, motor wasnt right, the company were terrible as well. I managed to finish it and move it on at a considerable loss. Don't touch it!
  5. for a couple of grand that's a handy bit of kit.
  6. No it's not, it's more likely that's all. I prefer the motto, "try, try and try again, then give up, there's no point being a damn fool about it"
  7. Thanks Paul. I'll douse my flaming torch and put my pitchfork away. Maybe there should be an electronic trigger on the handle behind the chainbrake, a bit like the magic eye on grinders. Sure you could tape it up if you were of a mind to do it, but more responsible companies could ensure that doesn't happen.
  8. Not enough flow I've been told. A bit like the skidsteer grinder attachements. Never heard a good word about them.
  9. I was less happy, thought I'd got my first ever fungi ident!
  10. Ha ha! It's not that sunny at the moment.
  11. 'Top dog' - the meaning and origin of this phrase Moot point it seems.
  12. Hmmm, certain about that? I know the phrase "the pits" come from the same work scenario.
  13. One of them is designed to do that though!
  14. Katie Hopkins on the London terror attack | Daily Mail Online KH seems to have an eye on the online US audience with this piece of trash. Even Piers Morgan rubbished it.
  15. You'd please that fungi? Takes all sorts I suppose, bit of lipstick on it, give me a couple of drinks, who knows?
  16. What's the difference between lift capacity and tip over?
  17. Well I did not know that Ironbark! Good piece of useless knowledge.
  18. Stephan, you posted an advertising video. Dave gave his comment (as did I) To clarify, I think it's a tacky waste of money, I would not put my company name to stuff like that. That doesn't make me or anyone gay.
  19. There is plenty of time to discuss that, afaik no group has claimed responsibility, If and when they do I'm sure the BBC will report it. ATM it's just the facts. As it should be.
