Before you set yourself up, save some funds to draw on if you can. You will get work if you are hard working, honest and fair. BUT it may take a little time to get yourself known and established. Competition is good if you know you can do the job as well as they can and promote yourself well. If it is your passion. Then do it. If it is just for money. Forget it. I would pay him the agreed rate. Not because I think that he deserved it but because of 2 things. 1. It is the rate that you decided without knowing who you were hiring him. Need to take that one on the chin 2. More importantly, he may not be coming back but publicity wise you really don't know what contacts he has, who he knows in the area. Is adverse publicity for you really worth saving a hundred pounds? One post on facebook, a few tweets, one blog entry and your reputation could be in question. That's my take anyway. If you had the chance to go back in time before you started in this field, would you do the same job? If not, what would you have chosen? My nephew has paidfor himself for some courses that let him work on the oil rigs. Two weeks working and two weeks off. He is 21 and is having the time of his life. What would you do ? I've had a minute shard of metal in my eye, went to the doctor who said that I had been smoking too much ! Never smoked in my life !! When I pointed this out, he asked if I had been standing next to people that smoked. Couldn't believe it. Even when I told him no, he said that it must be that. Next day my eye was watering and swollen so I was driven down to Brighton eye hospital, within 3 mins, a doctor had looked at eye, said that there was something in it and taken it out. According to him, if I had not come down that day, I may have been in a bit of trouble with the eye due to infection. Never trust the doctor if you are not satisfied !!! That is very strange, why would someone want to hack a forum? Sometimes your computer may be hacked even although you have run a virus program. We have 2 virus checkers on our system at the office. Kaspersky and Webroot. Kaspersky doesn't pickup as much as webroot which seems to detect most things. It isn't expensive but worth it. Tree LC Horsham stump grinding

A guy we have been working for has lost about 3 stone since we last saw him. He is looking pretty slick. We though he was training for an event but it turns out it is all due to Herbal life. I had never heard of it but turns out to be quite a big company. Think it is a bit on the expensive side but for a quick meal and the right vitamins etc, it may help. Tree LC Tree care Horsham
