Your Role: As team leader you will be setting the standards that JB Landscape expect and our clients demand, coordinating the efforts of your team whilst maintaining discipline, you will be able to communicate with clients as our contact on site, complete risk assessments to ensure the health and safety of yourself, your team and members of the public, following job specifications to a high standard (BS3998), you will be responsible for making sure sites are set up correctly and that they are left safe and tidy.
