  1. That's right. Imagine how careful you would be in speedo trunks.
  2. Friends in high places? 🙂
  3. Anyone can sling a pulley and rope in a tree and hang branches off it. The real question should be does the person know how to calculate your SWL on any given system in regards to safety factors and cycles to failure. I'm not suggesting that you don't by the way. Just some thoughts 🙂
  4. DMM ultra O carabiners are arguably the best fit for the DMM hitch climber pulley. The "rapide" model has bearings in it rather than bushes. Don't get the equivalent ISC oval caribiners as they don't fit. Hope this helps.
  5. Thirsty beast if it's the V8 petrol one. Cracking looking truck though. Right up your street. 👍👍
  6. I hope you haven't done the same to mine! 😇😎 (Although I know the spring is bent!)
  7. It's got to be worth a look. A big part of quoting jobs is learning to read the customer. There are usually warning signs if they are going to be difficult about job specs/payment. I always laugh when people say "do me a cheap price as I have lots of work for you". As if you're really looking for lots of cheap work 🙄
  8. Ha, yes mate I've had to bring 'em on holiday to Cyprus too.. It's been a .... Relaxing holiday. Wouldn't want to drop that bandit on my foot! Timberwolf was bad enough!
  9. That is a thing of great beauty, Paul.
  10. I don't know why you use the word "grass" . Surely it's better to look him in the eye and call it. If he's holding the jobs up its ultimately your livelihood at stake. What loyalty do you owe him? He's prepared to put your job at risk by being a chancer. I would give him the choice... Either pull his finger out or your going to ask for a better ground crew.
  11. I got invited to a Sainsburys Christmas product event and press release.... In August
  12. There will be. I'm on holiday right now but it is getting finished in a couple of weeks. PM me.
  13. There will be. I'm on holiday right now but it is getting finished in a couple of weeks. PM me.
  14. Great pics John. Looks like an enjoyable day.
  15. Ps. Nice to see your mog is getting a run out, Ian
  16. Mate of mine says theirs was known as the 'SMOG'
  17. Christmas come early! PM sent.
  18. I know... It's astronomical..
  19. Thanks !!
  20. Thanks Nick, I'll pass this on. Timon
  21. I need counselling for post traumatic stress disorder after a visit to IKEA. Plastic meatballs and silicone ice cream is just not enough of a bribe to get me to spend an afternoon in there, which is how long it takes to get through. I'd rather go to the dentist.. Less pain and over quicker.
  22. Bump!
  23. Hi Rob. Someone took us up on it almost immediately. We'll put some pics up when it gets done. Timon
  24. Our centre in Watford has a small landscaping team that has no chipper at present. They are struggling to get rid of their brash and are paying £100 per ton to get rid of it.. The business raises income to fund an excellent charity. (BetelUK) Can anyone in the Watford area help or suggest anywhere? Many thanks in advance. Timon
  25. Anyway...... I'm selling the mog if anyone is interested! 🙂
