  4. Hi Steve, I no longer get any notifications for messages or people quoting my posts. I haven't for some time now. I've deleted the app and re-installed it on my iphone 4 Thanks Timon
  5. Looks like you're getting good use out of the Manitou, Johny.
  6. I have a T540xp and I love it. It likes to be kept warm though. Best on a 14" bar as it's a bit twitchy on a 12" in the cut. I don't throw it on the strop much, My oppo uses a ms201t with the Stihl upgrade and the 540 is the superior saw.

Hi Sandworks Never had landy experience with this but I used to experiment with different set ups on the old Nissan Silvia turbos.. Adding more pipework can result in more lag as it can take longer for the system to spool up. Why not fit a lorry intercooler? They can be had quite cheaply of the net or from the breakers. I fitted an Iveco one to the front of a Silvia (well, I had a garage do it.) and it resulted in a huge gain. Timon
  8. Here's some live footage of Victor in 1969 keys, vocals and pocket cornet (I was only 4 years old when this was recorded) https://m.youtube.com/results?q=mean%20old%20old%20world%20aynsley%20dunbar&sm=3
  9. I went to see him in the Cinnamon club a couple of weeks ago. Still going strong.
  10. Not many streets in Britain can boast 2 mog owners
  11. Can't find any live footage but here's the link to the audio at least on you tube [ame] [/ame] Band is called Beehive Album is called Brand new day Track is called fools wisdom
  12. Hi Rob, used my 540 with the new pro lite 14". It's so much better than the husky techlite12". Better balanced and not so twitchy in the cut. Also used my new 18" pro lite on the 560. Really impressed with the balance and feel of it. A big thumbs up.. Thanks Timon
  13. Nice! I'm not sure how to upload you tube videos but if you like that you would love a funk/gospel band from the 90's called Beehive.
  14. Nice beats and grooves. Looks like Clyde managed to escape fame and fortune by the the skin of his teeth. Like your taste in music.... I think funk and black gospel drummers are the the best.
  15. Started in punk bands but graduated to blues (played a lot with Victor Brox) who was the lead singer/keyboard/ pocket cornet for the Aynsley Dunbar Retaliation. Sorry for the name drop. These days I play a few times a week in a gospel band.
  16. Sorry to hear about your grandfather, Andy. Sounds like he lived life to the full.
  17. I did wonder if anyone would notice Nice one Jon, look forward to seeing you on Saturday
  18. The next door neighbours is a pub so no worries there
  19. Yeah.,, I used to be really reckless with the noise. Played in a lot of punk bands. Back line amps and oversized monitors. That aviom personal mixer in the last pic lets me choose what instruments I can hear and at what level. Still partial to a bit of fast noise
  20. 5'9. 13 stone 8 pounds
  21. A couple of shots of my set up
  22. Definitely no superman.. Makes me wonder what kind of shape I would be in if if been climbing 5 days a week for the last 30 years. I have to agree with Huck that attitude plays a big part in how health/fitness/quality if life pans out in later life.
  23. How do you account for the likes of me then?
