I think you will find its caused by aphids, whenever i have come across it there are always aphids and ants milking the aphids.

I was using figures back from maggies days, didn't agree with it then for the reasons i stated and still don't, and if your figures are correct then it is utter madness just to get a few votes.

Its upto 30% discount. I was born into a council house and on saying that I have never agreed with selling them unless new stock was built to replace them, which of course never happened. I did not know that the right to buy had been abolished.

Our deeds state as you look from the front of the house to the rear then the fence to the left is owned by us. Check with the council will be needed.

Sean a good friend of mine had a motorcycle accident several years ago, suffered brain damage, lost one leg and the other was paralysed, he went on to build his own bungalow, and learnt to fly a micro light oh and he had a bike modded so he could ride again. Whatever happens mate there is always a way to achieve most things sometimes you need to think outside the box. Use steel gates on stock fence, wood gates on post and rail. Ram wooden post with type 1, not concrete.

I hate round gate posts on wooden gates.
