  4. Tuna's good dude, I go for salmon, herring or tuna usually.
  5. Best thing to eat when climbing IMO is something like dried fruit, I like figs and dates, plenty of good carbs and sugars and next to no fat
  6. Agreed. I like beetroot, kale and ginger juice.
  7. My breakfast juice 3 apples 5 carrots 2 celery sticks 10 little radishes Half a lemon Makes about a pint and a quarter of delicious juice. Try adding radishes to your juices to give them some extra tang.
  8. Try a shorter hitch cord and give the distel hitch a go.
  9. Harness £150 - £350 Rope £120 Lanyard £60 Karabiners, Split tales or prussik loops £50 Plus PPE costs. Rough estimates of course and I would recommend whatever you buy, buy new.

  12. Pasta with tuna, mackerel or herring with a little chilli sauce, pickles and salad. I don't see the need to follow a diet as long as you're exercising regularly it's common sense what's nutritious and what isn't.
