Every time I look up at the night sky I feel small and I find this comforting. Some people look for a meaning in whatever god they choose but I am quite content being insignificant in the grand scheme of things.

I believe this is technically a 'housetree' as it's a tree in a house as opposed to a house in a tree.

This is the guy that got me in to motorcycle riding via his YouTube Videos He's had a bad crash and broken both legs and lost half a hand. He will be unable to work for at the very least a year. He's not always to everyone's taste (who is?) but no one deserves this and he has a young kid to support. I've sent what I can afford right now. Please take a look at the link below or type 'M13' into YouTube. I'm not begging on his behalf and I do no know him personally. I know he's not some one you'd ever come across but I just thought I'd put something on here as he's had a big impact on my own life. I've never worked single rope before but my understanding it that you need some kind of device in there to lessen the friction on the hitch if that makes sense. I'm sure someone will be along shortly if I'm wrong. Cheers, Dan

Wwoofing is great. I did it for a few months in Australia. Didn't make a penny but didn't spend a penny as accommodation and food is part of the deal. As long as both parties are happy you should crack on and not listen to some of the rubbish written on this thread!

Been struggling with this as well, I'm using a harness with a seat and it always seems to slip. I've adjusted it a few times but can't seem to get it right..
