  18. 038 is a 90s generation saw similar to my 039 farm boss which is basically bomb proof ,think they did a magnum version too in the states, good all-round 72cc saw . My farmboss I too picked up of e-bay 9years ago for £120 and that too was mint ...bargain ,owes me nothing and has cut some hefty trees Very little plastic too hence there weight,I still run by farmboss and a mint 1996 025 which is still my favourite saw of all I own . Ste
  19. The only helpful information I can give you is they use Yanmar engines on the compact/midi tractors which are basically bullet proof, just check the hydraulics has if similar to Yanmar they have a strange setup pump wise and that the fluid is correct level and oil is clean . Ste
  20. Simple .......keep your price lower than your competitors and if customers winge send them in the direction of your competitors who are more expensive . It never fails for me but I never supply them again when they come back with there tail between there legs . Ste
  21. The job I loose sleep/worry over is the one with THAT ONE BRANCH/LIMB ETC that goes out into the ABYSS over a shed etc . Never touch the ale before a job but hammer it at the end and never take a job on that to big . We all deal with stress in different ways and no harm in a bit of Adrenaline running through the veins has this can keep you on your toes too ! Ste
