  1. So if you had no tax wouldn't your insurance be void?
  2. I was asking as I have the same machine, it's a 2008 and has the same hours and is in excellent condition, I just wanted an Idea of what it's worth, if you got 10k for your I would say that's pretty good. Sorry to de rail:)
  3. What age and how many hours?
  4. That's not really true, you should look into white finger and other joint and circulation problems and how heated handles can help these conditions. I know they help my fingers.
  5. Good idea, I have been communicating with Timberwolf and they seem very keen to listen to the users thoughts and ideas. The video of the trailed version looks good but imagine it on Bari track base!! If it goes down to 700mm like the 150 VTR it will be amazing.
  6. New year mate, I reckon it will be a beast mate. And yes I love my 150 VTR with a passion.
  7. Timberwolf 230 will pee on them all:) lol
  8. XPG here!! For the little extra why not!
  9. I used to love finding porn in hedges. 💪
  10. Dear oh dear.:)
  11. Shame on you!
  12. Did you just buy that off eBay a few weeks back Jonny? I saw it and fancied it but never bid in the end. It went cheap IMO.
  13. Great video, Great looking machine!
  14. I wasn't aiming it at you Hedgesparrow, just other people flying off at a tangent of what ifs.
  15. It depends what your main work type is, I had a Rayco RG 13, we could carry it up steps etc, but I mainly did medium to large stumps so I got an HB20, I can get it most places I need to. If I get awkward stumps then I hire a small camon grinder. Luckily I don't have to often as the hire shop have no idea how to sharpen teeth.
  16. Seems a lot of fuss about nothing, there is nothing we can do about it so we gotta just get on with it. People seen to get so worked up about thing over which they have no control. Why worry about other peoples issues, just bother about your own.

    Books

It's by Jussi Adler Olssen. It's on Amazon.
  18. The customer should have got some quotes before paying that kind of money. They have been well and truly ripped off.
  19. There about a tenner a plank new I think??
  20. Why not cut one up and find out;)
  21. We'll the last new car I bought the garage wouldn't give a discount, they said they didn't need to do that to shift cars. Maybe 15-20 years ago but the margins are a lot tighter. The way HB20's sell I doubt dean needs to knock money off to shift them. Maybe a set off teeth or something but I feel the days of massive discounts are behind us. Sent from my iPad using Arbtalk
  22. Fair play, I'm just saying sometimes cheap isn't always best, when I bought my 550 cog I could of save about £50 getting it from Jonsie, but I bought it local because if there is a problem I can take it in and deal with them face to face and not have to send it back and pay for postage or get attitude off my local dealer as to why I don't take the saw back to where I bought it.
  23. Yet when people ask us if it's cheaper for cash or "I've had a cheaper quote can you match it?" We turn all defensive?? Yet we want money off a grinder. Do you ask for money off I'm the supermarket?
  24. Pretty bad if you would buy off a company from Essex to save £15 as opposed to buying local. If you had a problem and went back to the local dealer I hope he would tell you where to stick £15:)
