  11. The point of my post was that when I heard I laughed because I know how had you have to work to make a good company work, it takes alot of time and effort, I have built up my company over the last 10 years and have a good customer base. I have seen this before and when something breaks they have no money to fix it. If people are stupid enough to do it then let them.
  12. That's up to them though, they won't last long like that.
  13. ive just heard of a guy and his partner setting up a tree surgery company and they are going to charge £10 per hour each. what a joke, how will they afford insurance? public liability and employers liability and running costs? What a joke:lol:

  15. Please can anyone recommend a good quality road tow splitter, I want it to operated vertical or horizontal and have a honda engine (not one of those Chinese things off fleabay!!) thanks in advance..
  16. You could pick something up for 15k maybe, I had a valmet with roof mount botex that cost 18k, if you have the work they are great. You could just get a tractor with 3 point linkage crane and still have trailer, or front pto with chipper?? Crane on the back. There are lots of options with tractors.

  24. I had a guy doing a bit of plastering in our house 3 weeks ago, just a few patchy bits, I asked if he would be up for giving me a quote to re render my house and new garage, he said he would, I'm still waiting for a price?? If people ask for quotes off me I give them it within a week max, usually within 24 hrs. I enquired about an iron horse forwarder last year and am still waiting for a price??
