  1. As of July 2013 the 4x4 D-max is 3.5. The 2 wheel drive one's are 2.5t
  2. Could you not have put the blower in the chipper hopper so when it then shuts up for road travel it secures the blower there?
  3. What trailer is used for towing the 4.5t bobcat?
  4. Echo. I've got a Stihl Br430 plenty of power in it, only marginally less airflow than the 500 so is essentially Stihl's second most powerful blower. Doesn't have 4 mix if you're worried about it breaking or whatever. I got mine for £400 the RRP is £470. Only issue is there is an air leak or something near where your wrist sits when using the throttle, a BR500 and one of the BR600's I've used has had the same thing so I don't know if that's a design flaw or some type of overflow outlet.
  5. Garden Kit is a Stiga dealer, he'll probably be along soon we some advice. Or you could PM him/=.
  6. So is the £4 per wheelbarrow that he posts or for the whole tree?
  7. Post adverts to things like mums net and other sites that are already high on google. Gets you up to the top/near it and it's a free advert, not quite the same as doing it yourself but much less moola
  8. Renault Traffic is FWD isn't it? You'll want RWD for more towing capacity.
  9. £150 per wheelbarrow full?
  10. What would they count as the largest? Would it be the tallest (which is Hyperion I think) or the tree with the most volume? Which I don't know the name of.
  11. Working for a guy the other week, taking down some 40 year old plum that was in this planter thing so it was only 15 feet high. He was telling me how he got all his wood because 'some nice chaps leave the wood by the roadside for anyone to take' I asked him where it was from and turns out he was nicking from some commercial woodland and when I explained it to him he suggested they don't leave it where he can easily take it...
  12. Spring is here as well, couldn't waste the day indoors had to get out leafleting. My balls were a bit hot though
  13. D-Max from July 2013 can tow 3.5t. Was there towing capacity much more in 2004/5?
  14. I mean the last one Graham.
  15. Is that dodge really a 4x4 when it's got 6 wheels?
  16. The death of Tony Benn was a bigger loss IMO.
  17. I use a 36v Bosch for everything, battery lasts all day when fencing, but comes with two anyway so should be enough. Also has plenty of torque. Heavy though. One of these Bosch GSB36V-LICP 36V Cordless Compact li-ion Combi Drill (2 x 1.3AH Batteries)
  18. Are they as heavy as a bandit chipper?
  19. Aliens
  20. They ain't half bad doners either!
  21. Sell him an electric start? Can you retrofit electric starters onto Izy's?
  22. My old mans 020t or maybe the 200t does it, we haven't really worked out which one it was, but the shelf they're on leaks oil (they're stored slotted together). At first I thought it was just as they cool down the oil continues to run a bit, but seeing as the polesaw doesn't have that problem neither does our other saw and they're all run on the same oil.
  23. How heavy is that beast then? 12 ton?
  24. Spoke to Stobarts?
  25. The lake where I go often uses old railway sleepers. I assume they must have been dealt with to remove anything as they're literally the front of the swim to stop the earth (or now gravel, how great my bank sticks just fly in ) falling into the lake.
