You don't have to trim them if they are already bare. If you tip them in the spring or late winter , they will feather up and you can just rub them off with your hands and leave a small head . sent from my phone but never in work time. -

You're in for a ride with one of those. My mother used to live them , my sister has two. Full of character and fun. Sometimes bloody awkward. Mother had one when she first got married . Her and father would roam the Fen shooting pheasant and Paddy would come too. Another shooter sent his dog for one of their shot birds , it never got there. One word from father and Paddy fixed it. They told many stories about that dog , they are certainly different. sent from my phone but never in work time.
