That's incredibly realistic! Do you ever paint the carvings in the colours the animals/subject would be or do you normally keep it as oiled wood?

That looks fantastic - though a little like it needs the loo! Really interesting how trees just grow however they can at the time, the ones which grow around bikes are bizarre to look at too.

Quite often when I've seen people scan them they are codes that link to something interesting - for example, a video or a special offer which entices people to look at them. It's odd they didn't catch on, they have such potential!

I think the law is that if you don't have signs warning of your CCTV setup then it is not useable by the police, so if you put up a sign warning it is there you should be ok - do check that though! The police may be able to supply you with a sign of some kind, perhaps speak to your local force? -
