  19. This thread is reel bad, knot good. I guess it's just a Stein of the times....
  20. I'll get some Stihl chain next then.... if they make any that fits my Husqvarna (way better than a Stihl) chainsaw. cheers, steve
  21. I gave my Piranha chain a second sharpen and the few cutters that were hard to file the first time weren't apparent.... so it seems that whatever hardened those cutters was only on the surface. I'm no longer having to keep tightening the stretching chain (and I reckon that's very similar to Oregon chain). So far I would say that Piranha chain doesn't cut as well as Oregon chain (and that's with the rakers taken down the same amount). I'm edging closer to going back to Oregon chain, even if it costs a lot more.... unless the Piranha chain does something more impressive in the cut hereon (not even close to half worn yet). Time will tell. Cheers, steve
  22. I think he was talking Pollocks.
  23. I can't believe some of the comments here - what is the problem with certain members of Arbtalk? Just because you aren't speaking to someone face to face doesn't make it okay to take the fish! You should all be ashamed of yoursElvers.
  24. From memory I think Jon Mendiplogs mentioned supplying tons of chip for the Great Dorset Steam Fair... Can someone send him a message for this?.... cheers, steve
  25. Small wallets think alike!
