  1. I have family in Bristol, if this helps?....and they cook amazing food. x
  2. Was just reading this news article about the supertyphoon in the phillipines ....560 chainsaws are being shipped to communities to clear coconut trees. http://newsinfo.inquirer.net/556123/un-shipping-more-relief-goods-to-disaster-areas "....the shipment of chain saws, donated by European outdoor power products firm Husqvarna, will be distributed to some of these men to help them jumpstart livelihood again" how good is that!.... well done Husqvarna
  3. Ah, so is this why the diga bara is designed/ sized as it is?... ie, not too much weight. I'm looking to move a bit more soil around as a one man unit, without hiring anything in... not loads; something that holds about 10 full ditching buckets would save alot of running backwards and forwards. or, Do you think that's too much to expect of a 1.7tonne mini digger?
  4. Haha, yeah is a big bump. I also think eddie's dumper conversion idea is an excellent one. The Diga Bara looks great too & looks very well built....but is quite an outlay of £dosh, especially considering it's not very big (compared to farm trailers). How would a trailer connect to the mini digger dozer blade?.... 50mm ball hitch??
  5. Did you get one? Looks like a handy tool for lugging allsorts.
  6. My wellies are dead.... thinking of getting these Hoggs Aquasafe boots for plodding around in (not with chainsaw) AquaSafe-WSPR (Rigger)
  7. Double £time - keep half for yourself and buy tickets for the raffle with the other half. Or even better, spend the whole lot on raffle tickets.

  10. In our area, over the last few days people have been having their empty homes broken into & things robbed. It's been happening mid-evening, only on empty houses. Best to leave a light on if you're going out, but don't worry about your dog as they will retriever it. woof!
  11. That made the palms of my hands sweat! Do those guys & gals wear parachutes?? Total nutters.
  12. Mentally or physically, STOP before you're too tired....

  14. Haha, is the Tuckers a pub? cheers
  15. Strong winds here in Pembrokeshire again. Not good for the balancing act of our trees as the ground is already very squishy from the recent heavy rains.

  20. We've had a fair bit of rain and strong winds earlier, but the worst seems to have passed us now, i guess?! Overall, not as bad as the forecast sounded.... but havent had chance to check the woodland for fallen trees. *gulp, hopefully none this time!*
  21. As much as i would be eternally grateful & happy to win ANY of the wonderful prizes; it feels better to see the raffle total totting up for The Childrens Trust. Xmas has always been and always will be for children - so, who cares about winning a prize..... just BUY A TICKET!!!
  22. Yeah, you are right - the UK warranty thing with Dolmar is a bit of a black hole, and the yucky aqua colour is vile. Is strange that they've not picked up on this yet. Wish they'd just stop faffing about & sell proper Dolmars here!
  23. Have you had much luck with gathering a Dolmar price list TDC? i'm hoping to get some xmas money to go towards one. Xmas cheers! Steve
  24. not sure? but wondering, have you considered the Dolmar PS-6100? DOLMAR - PS-6100
