  1. I usually put £100 non returnable deposit to be paid within 24 hours or bad feedback. If i don't get it i know they ain't gonna go through.
  2. Did total warrior last weekend. Epic. Ache to high hell.
  3. Worth considering a 10CM one too i think. Pent roof would be popular too and in keeping with an oak framed house. In conjunction with a gutter and water but would be how would use it myself. Very nice. Companies like broadoak, prime oak charge about £15000 for a full oak frame garage. I think you could happily charge £2500-3000minimum for a pent roofed, shingled store. And people would pay it. Considering i make chunky oak benches consisting of oak beam off cuts for £450 from time to time.
  4. Well i have been trying to get some last minute blasts in ready for total warrior next weekend. Oh my days i am not ready for britains most extreme mudrun
  5. Get on of them huge chippers in. And direct the chips into their garden. Not your fault.
  6. Ask the court to apply a holder on his property. When the house is sold you must be paid your compensation
  7. If you have gates wrap a thick motorbike chain round. Laminated poster saying no cold callers and cctv active. Also a beware dogs and maybe one with a picture of rotty on it. If the gate looks awkward they aint going to want that between them and freedom if a rotty is chasing them
  8. Check the tip my new place has storage heaters which are coming out in spring sure others do that
  9. Clear rhode. Full health check. Nesting boxes, establish pathways, tag trees and log ( legal requirement i believe for public usage when charging i believe) and a plan of trees. What about green woodwork classes? Establish a few temporary huts maybe.

Yeah i did it. Thought i would test the ankle out. It was fine but my fitness has dipped somewhat! Did 28.31 which ain't great for me having a 10k race in 2 weeks. (Total warrior)
  11. You can't shake hands with a fist
  12. My lad still cries when we talk about sadie our late dobbie/rottie cross. ( fat arse and sticky out ears) that was 4 years past now.
  13. Ok deffo on list after payday then. Got the turbo trainer too so can practise.
  14. Hmm.think it might be because they have soft toes and i am pushing hard. Think its time to invest.
  15. Yeah i have a small pouch so thinking hide the pump away. Get a triangle pouch and an under seat one that i have puncture repair kit in. Co2 will fit in that. Haven't got cleats but after last few rides finding toes get painful after 30 miles thinking i ought to. Do they eliminate that
  16. Ahh cos i had a nightmare. Couldn't get tyre to seat right but with that it would force it. Also thinking for jogle next year. Need the two bottle holders. At the moment one is taken with pump.
  17. Where was it fella? Well done. Did salford priors 3 yesterday. 43 miles and the heat was insane. Had a puncture. Lil pump they gave me with bike was useless. Wondering if a lil co2 would be adequate.
  18. Wow. Go rupe. I bought a magnetic indoor bike trainer today. Hopefully moving into a new house soon so will be using it in the living room
  19. Well i am now doing salford priors 40. Malvern madhatter 76 or 104. Not decided yet. Then next year planning john o 'Groats to lands end in june
  20. This is in winter gardens in malvern ( not done by me but impressive)
  21. Yeah it is. Done a few small events there lately. Lake isn't a fed one from one i have seen. If you like cycle events look up the malvern madhatter 1st sept. thinking i might have a go.
  22. Jesus mate. You are going to be first 100 with that time i reckon. I usually do that but been on a charity bike ride from worcester to forest of dean and back. 100 miles in 2 days. Some epic hills near ross-on-wye.
