  3. It is a 3.5t trailer so we can fill it no problem, tows fine.
  4. 10x5 wessex tipper
  5. Same, i use to burn just syc, and ash but now if its well seasoned i put most woods on and all different shapes and sizes, makes it more interesting . And it all burns much the same.
  6. swept the flue for the first time in two years, it was only the top foot of the flue that had any real build up of tar the rest of the flexi liner was fairly clear, if you keep the fire hot it generally keeps the flue clear.
  7. I use mine every day, i use to have a komet butterfly and skylotek hummingbird but never got on with it, the butterfly wasnt good when hanging in it for long periods. The only thing i dont like the willans, it some times twists round your wast and the lack of gear loops on the back.
  8. Just read some of the threads on it and i might just give it a try in the near future . The stilh habit is a hard one to get out of,as the 200t was a legendary saw.
  9. Just wondering if anybody has used one, and if there any good. When my 200t dies i was thinking of a change as not everybody rates the new 201 t.

  14. Had ours a light the last few evenings, after all got tons of free fuel. So why not, its better than watching tv.
  15. Dose any body no anything about the tree hog or the dragon harness, they seem to do everything the most popular harnesses do but they are o lot cheaper than most. It is for a young lad thats just starting out with us, i want him to have a good harness but i dont want to spend a fortune on one.
  16. Just makes you realize how important it is not to take liberties and cut corners. And wear your ppe how ever hot it gets during the summer.
  17. The one above, they were getting four other quotes, so chances are probabley wouldnt had got It anyway. Sometimes two smaller jobs pay better and less stress.
  18. I turned à very large beech down à month ago huge side limbs and no decent centre tie in point, needs à crane, but the Road was very narrow. Lotts or stress, so recommended someone else, i havent turned many jobs in the last 20 years, but this one i just didnt get à good feeling.
  19. No cooked breaky, spent the weekend painting at my daughters new house, got carpets coming on wed so had to get it done. Moving her next weekend, then the garden to sort out. Its great being à Dad.
  20. Oregon flexiblade best cord iv used ,even cuts through thick brambles, cuts grass well to. They do it in 4 different sizes.
  21. Get à zubat 330 mm and a saw pod so you can strap it to your lower leg , so handy to have with your top händle.
  22. I wouldnt like to be working on the stihl stall at the saltex this year. There gona get à right slatting.
  23. Not quite the same, i had à hip replacement after i fractured my pelvice, after the accident i had damaged the cartalidge, and the arthritous soon set in, i took an anti imflamatry called diclafenic it worked great it made it possible for me to get back to work for a year ,but eventualy it got so bad i had the hip opp done. I dont regret having the opp as Im back up the tree now and it feels great, just Hope it lasts. If your knee gets that bad an opp might be your only way to go.

  25. Yes i know what your saying , but most jobs are à days work , so just dont see the point getting set up making à mess for a few hours, and Still have to go back the next day to finish it, most clients like you to start and finish the same day ,unless its à bigger job.
