<p>Sorry to here EM Arb have let you down. I have been unable to contact them and so I have removed them from our dealer map. I see from Arb Talk people have suggested you buy direct from us. I am happy to help all I can but we are not supplying end users direct and I am working though our list of people who have been buying direct and switching them to ordering though their local dealer. We want to support small business and as our dealer network expands this saves the cost of shipping for the user as they can collect the fuel. The price will not change as I contact the dealer to make sure they look after the customer as we have.</p>

Hi, it's unlikely the exhaust is blocked with oil if the saw has been only run on Aspen. I would think it's over fueling. But try changing the spark plug first as I have had all sorts of strange things fixed by fitting a new plug. It is so quick and cheap to change. Let me know how you get on. All the best Eddie

Hi Charlie, Aspen has not increased at the same rate as pump fuel but due to it's nature it will always cost more than mass produced pump fuels. I am sorry you feel this way and please let me know how we upset you. Kind regards Eddie

Hi all, Did you know all Husqvarna's are run on Aspen in the factory. Aspen is fully synth and mixed at 50-1 so I would just go and use it with Aspen Clean fuel and top rate oil.

Hi, from the interest in Aspen at the Classic Bike Show last weekend I think bikes that are laid up for winter or part of collections are having real problems with pump fuel. Most cars on the road are fuel injected and so have sealed fuel systems. These seam better at dealing with modern fuel.

Hi All, I called in on Marc at home last week had a great chat and explained Aspen in more detail. Then trained RedBlade mowers on Aspen. Great guys and I feel that there was a misunderstanding about tuning Marc's HS45 and possible costs. Marc's HS45 has a date of manufacture of 2006 so is not 2 years old as he first thought. When RedBlade looked at Marc's HS45 the carb was flooding and that was why the engine would not run. A carb clean and a new Stihl carb kit was fitted by RedBlade Mowers. The machine was then tested and left to sit to see if the flooding was fixed. All fine and Marc now has his machine back. RedBlade Mowers have covered the cost in full and Marc has not had to pay a penny. The guys at Redblade Mowers are first rate and please use them if you are in the area!

I have been in contact with them and sent them all the details on Aspen and becoming a dealer. Please ask your local branch when they will stock Aspen as I helps me get them to stock Aspen if they know there is already demand for it! Kind regards Eddie

Hi all, Just so you all know I visit all our dealers and train them on Aspen and advise them all about adjustments if needed. I also cover possible effects caused by pump fuel and then changing to Aspen. We have just signed up 10 more dealers in the last few weeks and I Have not trained all of them yet. One of these new dealers is the one Marc is dealing with. I have changed my plans for next week so I can see Marc's machine and train as many of our new dealers as possible to avoid this situation in the future. Hi Marcl, The retune is turning the mixture screws which is a 2 second job! if you had a problem with the rubbers or carb from aspen it would run then play up yours has not run from the first drop of Aspen so as others have posted I think you have another fault. There is NO CONVERSION JOB! Please call me on 07568 108953 All the best Eddie

Hi Ty, The handle is called an environmental kit (not sure why) and is a Husky part. Ask you local Husky dealer to look it up It just snaps onto the 5litre aspen can in seconds! We do a plastic slide so you can just slip on the 3litre Aspen Bio chain can. Hope this helps All the best Eddie
