Hi Alec, In the last 12 months we have add more and more stockists to our Aspen network. We now have over 200 with more signing up every month. All of these dealers can take Aspen orders and arrange for fuel to be delivered direct to the user, all at the same delivery costs as buying from our website. But with the expanding dealer network there is less need to pay to have fuel delivered as you can just collect it from your local dealer. If you require a pallet of fuel 54x5 litres or 2x 200 litre drum delivery is free of charge for mainland UK. Dealers will give you a discount on this size order and so there is no saving buying from our website. We want to support small and local businesses and so we are switching all sales to go though our dealers. They will be able to offer better service and instant advise as we deal with the increase in Aspen sales. Hi Bikerwoo, Put Aspen in the tank. You may need to adjust the idle stop screw (LA) because some kit runs a bit slower on Aspen. You may need to adjust the low (L) screw to give more fuel at low speed. Best put Aspen in and see how you get on. Please contact me if you need any more info Eddie

Hi All, Yes Aspen has 58p petrol tax on it! This is set by the UK government and out of our control as the importers. I agree it is very unfair that a environmental fuel has this tax on it! Please see our website for more information on what Aspen does not have in it and what pump fuels do. As shown in the Picture Aspen is sold from the pump in some countries and this also brings the cost down. If we buy and use more in the Uk then the price could come down in time. Kind regards Eddie

Hi Kev, Aspen is 99% cleaner than pump fuel. Pump fuel contains over 100 ingredients Aspen only has 10 Pump fuel is classed as TOXIC Aspen is only Harmful. Hi Andy, Sorry to hear your bad news. This is another case were the extra cost of Aspen would have saved money and loads of time. Please try Aspen and let me know how you get on. No warranty problems if you use Aspen as Husqvarna run every 2-stroke on Aspen and Stihl say the use of Aspen does not affect their warranty. Hi Woodworks, Most manufacturers recommend that fuel over 30 days in not used. Stabilizers will slow the breakdown of the fuel but if you read the back of the bottle you would not want to breath it in and you have to remember to add it in the correct amount to every can of fuel. Yes Aspen is more money than pump fuel but if you used Aspen in large amounts your dealer would give you a discount and your fuel can be delivered to your door at no extra charge. Aspen will keep for 3-5 years and we guarantee the mix as every container has a number on it. How much is the repair or replacement of your kit to the extra cost of Aspen over pump fuel? Sounds like the carb is blocked causing lean running. When you have it fixed the use of Aspen would stop this happening again so you can keep using the saw. Kind regards Eddie

Hi, Not sure that you will need to do much to it as ALL Husqvarna 2strokes are run on Aspen in the factory. Contact me if you have any problems Eddie

Hi, Aspen was first sold in 1988 in Sweden and has been over here in the Uk for around 15 years. It can not damage anything, but can cause parts already damaged by pump fuel to fail sooner. Once they have been changed these parts will last years longer than they would with pump fuels. Eddie

Hi, Change the pump piston in the carb. It has a O ring that could have gone hard, you will need a carb pump piston kit to even inspect it as you need to remove core plugs to get it out. See the MS201T/ 200T thread for more info or contact me after the 6th of jan. All the best Eddie

Hi SawTroll, Aspen has no cleaning agents so won't cause a quick decoke but will over time clean the engine. As the engine runs the carbon will be slowly burn off as per normal but because of the clean burning of aspen it won't replace the carbon already in the engine. No need to worry about aspen in older engines. Kind regards Eddie
