  1. I'm getting a new (2nd hand) pick up shortly and i'm looking for a easy comparison table to choose one. Can anyone point one out on the internet? Not been able to find one. I have a vague memory of one being posted on arbtalk but i've not been able to find it. If not i'll post one when I've done one! Cheers
  2. I remember going to a friends house for a curry who was Indian. I was expecting an authentic cooked meal till she handed me a takeaway menu. In hindsight she was a couple of generations down from Indian!
  3. That the set up i've been thinking of. apart from i was going to get side on the trailer so i could fill that with chip as well. Does it work well for you? Looks like it anyway!
  4. I've got 3 bantams, 1 light sussex, 1 barnavelder and a ginger which i can never remember the breed. I keep them in an old rabbit hutch and have a run for them but most of the time they've got free range over the garden. No problems with foxes yet. Never seen one in our garden but the neighbour is always seeing one. We've got a dog too so i'm hoping thats enough to keep them away.
  5. I've been using a titan multi tools cheapo jobby from screwfix for the last couple of years. It's done me well and paid for itself quite a few times over so was perfect for me starting out. Probably time to replace it though and upgrade to a decent one. I would like to get the titan going again though as it might be good as a back up. It was running ok on the job but just started spluttering when revving and occasionally cutting out. When i've got back it seems to cut out when you tilt it to the side or upside down. The filters ok and immersed in the fuel. Any ideas what it could be? With regard to replacement i've been looking through old threads and I'm thinking of opting for a Stihl KM94 but as i can't get it delivered i may go for the echo PAS265 instead. I've heard good things about both but what are your thoughts?
  6. Here's mine. I've another few round the corner as they only hold about 1m3 in total.
  7. Some pretty good tunes on your birthdays.
  8. Can't stand ABBA either. Treequip - you a fan of cliff?
  9. I think your right. Control where grazed but don't worry about it in other areas where it won't cause a problem. There seems to be a concept of complete eradication from everywhere.
  10. I've just bought one as my first harness(the Stein Vega that is, not the other one) very comfy.
  11. Thats cheating - You've got to have a had pint in them surely!
  12. Thats the one. Another on the other side called the Griffin Inn where i used to work. Both good pubs.
  13. Could even get away with the Foresters Arms where i used to live. The Foresters Arms, Manchester, Greater Manchester, M25 1AZ ? The Good Pub Guide My whole life revolves around pub with tree related names!
  14. The Royal Oak (aka The Heights) near where i live now.
  15. There is one in the village i grew up in called the Yew Tree Yew Tree Inn, Gresford © Derek Harper :: Geograph Britain and Ireland
  16. I know, it was my attempt at humor. I'm watching this with interest. I do a lot of camping and use a dutch oven over the camp fire a lot. I use a Kelly kettle as well which is brilliant but I'd love a big cast iron kettle to go with it.
  17. Found one on ebay Zebra Whistling Tea Kettle Heavy Gauge Stainless Steel Enamel Finish by Supreme | eBay
  18. As long as they're dry they'll burn. If they need to dry outside then do so but I don't think the mould will go away.
  19. Not sure why. I was putting plenty of food away, never hungry. It happened a couple of times to a lesser extent but that time finished it for me. I think everyone's body just reacts differently to things. I'm pleased i lost the stone and i'm keeping it off by eating sensibly and drinking a lot less beer.
  20. Sorry I didn't make it. I got held up at zorb football!
  21. I'm off it. Lost a stone in a month but had a spell where I got so dizzy I couldn't stand and cold sweats. I had to call my wife back from work as I was looking after my daughter. It was quite scary for me and her. Just eating healthy sensible food now and cut right back on booze.
