  1. Don’t know where your based but when I got my forst I went to trident towing and they have loads of hitch locks and wheel clamps in there. Highly recommend them and they are quite knowledgable. https://www.tridenttowing.co.uk
  2. Not surprised by the price i knew it would be expensive. I can imagine it would take a lot of practice to get the full potential out of it. Just saw another one same as the one I posted but with an hiab on the front as well
  3. Has anyone seen the Huddig before, they look like a brilliant bit of kit. No intention of getting one ( couldn’t afford it anyway) but thought others might like to see it. Hate to think of the price one of these must go for.
  4. Well I’m glad I’m not the only one. I’ll hold on my Uber driver application a little while longer Just in case work picks up [emoji23]
  5. As title suggests has anyone else found this? Last month I was booked up for the month, now I’ve only got a few days here and there. The only reason I can think of is bird nesting but I’ve usually got a week or two in advance.
  6. As said above I highly doubt you’ll find a tree surgeon to take your waste away for free. Cheapest option would be to burn it in your garden.
  7. Never used them but m and s commercials have some transits that look like they’ve just been converted to arb trucks. https://www.mandscommercials.com/
  8. I had my truck insurance with them and had an accident. My first and only one so far (touch wood), and they was so much hassle. I was on a roundabout and someone pulled out on me so you’d think it would be a simple case. I had to pester them for 6 months before it was dealt with. Probably didn’t help the person who pulled out was also aviva. Hopefully they’ll be fine as truck insurance will probably be a bit different. Good luck
  9. I have general grabber at3 on my ranger, haven’t tried any others so can’t comment on those. Before I got the grabbers I did ask about the coopers but not a lot of places had them in stock at the time
  10. I recently used hs direct for a method statement and risk assessment. I recommend them
  11. Sounds like a cellular one won’t be that good then as it might cost me a fortune keeping the sim payments up.
  12. Thanks, I just had a look and the one I want is out of stock. As I want a cellular one that goes straight to my phone so I can then go and catch them in the act. Even if I don’t get them the putting a fire out that has only just been started will be a lot easier then putting one out that’s been going for 4 days. I saw a dog walker and they told me it had been going since Saturday.
  13. I’d also be interested if you do find a course
  14. Im going to mount it in some trees which are next to the pile. Then it will hopefully be out of reach to the majority of people
  15. Can anyone recommend a good trail cam?
  16. I really can’t see the point if they just burned the rakings I’d have thanked them haha. But when some one drags some rakings over to a chip pile and sets it on fire I really don’t get it. I’m not overly bothered about the chip but a public footpath cuts through the land. I don’t want to upset people that think I’m burning a massive pile of Woodchip. Just had a look they are what I want, I might get a couple.
  17. Went to the field I rent to store wood chip to find it all smoking. Didn’t burn in all but about 30%. Someone dragged some logs and rakings over to start it l, really don’t know what is wrong with people. Wouldn’t of been that long maybe 3 weeks to a month and I would of had it all collected. Anyway are there any cctv I can hide? The only thing is there isn’t any electric on the site and was wondering what is available.
  18. May be able to try burden brothers in kent they have just become a greenmech dealer so may be able to help
  19. I don’t do fencing but a lot of fencers near me use haymac in bobbing Sittingbourne. On the website it says they will beat other quotes by 5% may be worth a try.
  20. Sorry to hear that hope you get it back, very close to home.
  21. For boots I’d definitely look at the pfanner zermatt boot I’ve had mine for just over 2 years and still going strong.
  22. Yale blue tongue is a nice rope that’s what I use on a zigzag
  23. Remember if you do get one I’d definitely get air bag suspension on the leaf springs as the mud flaps scrape the tyres when loaded.
  24. We have a ranger and hilux tippers. Get the hilux converted yourself work out a lot cheaper.
