  1. Thanks Dean, good luck with the tender, will definitely be in touch on this. Regards, Steve.
  2. Dean, When is this likely to become available or need shifting please fella? Regards, Steve.
  3. Yep - every other click. Regards, Steve.
  4. I ordered an Oregon Powermatch 24" .063 for the 372 but had to get it from the States - only reason being I had a roll of .063 chain for the MS660 so it was cheaper than buying loops and the 24" Husqy is the same length as the 25" Stihl. (MS660 runs 25" and 36"). After all that I've decided the 372 shouldn't run more than 20" anyway! Regards, Steve.
  5. Strange they don't do a 30" or 36" in 3/8, but as Stubby says just go .404 .063 and change the sprocket - less cutters to sharpen too! Regards, Steve.
  6. At least.....
  7. Don't know whereabouts you are but a local gardening outfit in Cowbridge advertise @ £17.50 per hour and leave the waste in the customer's green bags for them to put out. They turned up on one job and told the customer to go to the council depot and pick up another dozen bags!! Regards, Steve.
  8. There are a few odd things about - https://fordtransit.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=15&t=61257 - unladen weight 2920kg though! Regards, Steve.
  9. Never mind a top handle, I wanna see a stunt fell with the gypsy stick in pic 2 (off a ladder of course)
  10. Only if you take it at wall height and make it hop over said wall with a push, saw choice unimportant and wedges/ felling bar allowed - buy you a pint if you do... Regards, Steve.
  11. Fletcher Stewart boot test [ame] [/ame] Regards, Steve.
  12. Over 3'6" diameter but still not 9m and still not a chog Regards, Steve.
  13. Have done bigger too, but as only photos count i'll have to settle for 7 as well. Regards, Steve.
  14. Didn't have time to do pretty so just screwed a couple of bits of ply together for a one off job. 18 cube in 9 trips - filled it in no time at all and came out ok with the Loadhandler. Could re-use it but if i need to do it again i might just build a proper one in ali and signwrite it. Regards, Steve.
  15. C'mon, let's have 'em. Our meagre offerings, surely you can do better! Regards, Steve.
  16. Hate mine with a passion (D40 '58 plate) and done 52,000 miles in seven years. Had it from new and the worst vehicle I've ever owned. An endless list of faults and breakdowns and that was before I started working it. The only reason it qualifies as a commercial is that it's payload is 5kg over the requirement - it's not commercial at all. Since fitting mud terrains the fuel economy has gone from 25 to 21mpg. Should've bought the Hilux. Regards, Steve.
  17. 'Fraid not, just an ad for Microsoft - https://gigaom.com/2009/08/11/the-megawoosh-waterslide-viral-how-it-was-really-done/ [ame] [/ame] Regards, Steve.
  18. Evening all, Got some 4' Willow stumps to finish off and need them sorted first time. Have just used Gallup 360 on a smaller one but don't have time to see how good it is on willow, have seen shoots come up after grinding willow before so what would be your no.1 choice for no comebacks? Regards, Steve.
  19. Also used 18" bar on 660 to noodle 6' Beech rings as dealer didn't have a 16" - no issues. Regards, Steve.
  20. As with most things, the ideas/arguments over diet with anything change all the time, however i fully support the red wine theory I was led to believe a while ago that the key age range for heart attacks was 30-40 year old males and the major contributing factor was stress. Sounds plausible to me. Regards, Steve.
  21. Interesting thread, only had the accidental choke knock so far with mine. Regards, Steve.
  22. Definitely lose the Lawson, it will grow quicker and larger than the Yew and only make the situation worse. Regards, Steve.
  23. Has anyone mentioned ally geckos? Regards, Steve.
  24. Thanks for that Moole, sounds like still very worth while. Could've done with them today - back garden job with a long drag round the house but groundy would still have been in range by the chipper on the drive. Regards, Steve.
  25. Only question I haven't found covered on their website - does the climber/ other listeners get a lot of chipper noise coming from the groundy's microphone when feeding the machine or is the voice activation clever enough to only start transmitting when it hears a voice? I suppose the same is true with the climber's saw. Regards, Steve.
