  1. Or buy a husky 390/395/3120! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  2. If you're offering your cider Jon, I'll quite happily help you 'dispose' of it! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  3. Fair enough, I liked my 346, just had a nasty tendency to roll over if you didn't watch it constantly, and whilst on the subject of out cutting saws, I used a 362 ages ago, and I thought the 357 i worked on could easily out-cut it, despite being roughly the same age! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  4. Haha possibly, I've seen a few vids too of stock 346's out cutting 550s, I think it's a lot to do with the user, and how the saw beds in, I think mine may have developed a bit more than the stated power Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  5. It was a demo saw, well run in, but I didn't have the go of my 346 Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App

Scrap it and get another husky! The statistics speak for themselves! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  7. If you want to attract goldfinches, grow a plant called teasel, goldfinches also frequent larch in winter for the seeds Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  8. Did they not ask for it back? Golfers are complete tools I'm afraid! We had our course aerated recently, the golfers still wanted to play on the closed holes whilst the machines were working Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  9. Which tax break? Import tax, fuel duty or VAT? Personally I'd be happy with the fuel duty first! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  10. I have used a 660, but not a 395, although I have a 385 (5cc smaller than a 660) and there isn't much in it, IMO the 660 feels bulkier and shakes more, I would personally go for the 395, but the 390 is cheaper, lighter and has a better chainbreak handle, so buy a 390! Saw Purchase:)

Buy a husky! Miles better than a 261! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  12. I meant cider Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  13. You don't need it any cheaper! Or in larger quantities! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  14. Just dave's special white spots, it's just an abnormality, oh and Dave could be a she, goldfinches are not separated by colour with sex, both are the same Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  15. It's the shelf life that appeals to me the most, sometimes when doing my own work I can use 5l+ a day, sometimes I won't touch it for a couple of months, which means I waste a lot of fuel (don't use old fuel as I've seized a few saws like that) Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  16. Try and use f r jones' prices to get them to bring the price down Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  17. I think the guy in the 880 thread might want a new piston rich Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  18. You got one yet Jon? If so, what ya think? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App

Converting everything to aspen isn't exactly domination, oh and nice cake rich, unfortunately I fancy a steak instead now! If the carb isn't getting fuel would it not be a filter or fuel valve problem? Has the saw been stored dry for a while? If it has, you might need to suck the fuel through the fuel line to get it into the carb, had to do that with a 357! After that it ran fine Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  20. Bah! Decompression buttons are stupid, if ya can't pull it over normally, you shouldn't be using it! The 385 is a beast to pull over! I don't use the button on that, so a 266 should be light work Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  21. Jon just bite the bullet and buy a 560 from new! Have a pint of 'water' less per night and save up, you won't regret it! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  22. 266xp any good? As I might get one, just needs an air filter apparently Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  23. Have you tested the compression? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  24. Try replacing the valve Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
  25. Cold, windy and slightly snowy Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
