It's just a bum covering exercise an I don't really think it's worth the money as you know yourself when something needs to go in the bin. But hey ho!! Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App

  13. Hi all, was wondering what some of your views are on the stihl ms 261? I brought one last year as I have to provide own saws for the company I work for, it ran ok untill 3 weeks ago, a clip on the clutch came off clattered the worm gear and sheered the sprocket on the clutch clean off! It's all fixed for now but I know a lot of people have had problems with these saws relating to the same issue?? Anyone else had anything similar? Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App

  19. Sounds like you need a new carb. I've got a 2005 200t and it sat for a couple of years with occasional use. Wouldn't rev so had a new carb put on and not had a problem since. Good luck mate Sent using Arbtalk Mobile App
