  1. Thought about it but decided against it. Log store full though waiting for the inevitable cold wet day
  2. It seems to me a lot of people must have crap local dealers. I've never had any problems with parts etc. Even had saws fixed while I wait. Are Local dealers really that bad?

  6. Not tried the wood walkers, but the colour of the Airstreams does fade with use. I don't think their as bad as the Pfanner Zerrmats
  7. I find that Gildan are great for t-shirts and stuff far better than fruit of the loom
  8. It all depends how busy I am Only did 7:30 till 5 today, but was glad to get home as the hale was the size of marbles

  12. That looks a great tree. I went Sierra Leone a few year, proper wish I had my climbing kit some loverly trees. Where about's are you? Might have to meet up for a climb

  14. And yet another vote for Meindls Got a pair of their walking boots which are great and I've got the Airstreams. I have to say I do most my walking in the Airstreams

  16. Never met the man, but heard loads about him. My boss trained at Merrist Wood (Matt Abslum) don't know if anyone knows him. Anyway I've learnt some stuff from him which "Jack the Stack" (as he affectionately calls him) taught him, really does sound like a good man and a great teacher

    Camping

    Find a friendly farmer and bung him some cash, used to do it all the time. Or join the Scouts, they've got some of the best campsites in the country, and cheap. If you've done DofE you'll fit right in

  24. Went out today and had a quick climb, feels good so far but going out again Monday. Quick question though. Where abouts do you put the extra tool loops that you get with the harness?
