That's fair enough fella, I'm just over cautious when it comes to head protection as I got epilepsy after having a head injury, so I take head protection seriously. It's very simple. Go to HMRC and register as SE. Then you need a government gateway code for your self assessment, which takes 7-10 days. Also you can sign up for their letters by email which is very new, within the last couple of weeks. Which saves you from getting the nasty brown envelopes through the door

I have to agree with agrimog. It's either get sorted medically or crack on. Other than that it might be time to give up if you can't get over it. I've seen people with shattered hips and are still climbing. I don't know the in's and out's of the accident, but I know it's not a good thing to see!

It's not far from Malham cove in the grand scheme. Probably 20-25 miles from Skipton at the most
